    People on Twitter saying if we had a QB on a rookie contract we could have signed Edmunds. Being cheap at QB and overpaying at LB seems same old Lions to me.

    I get the sense the Packers and Jets have probably agreed to a trade but it's still in Aaron Rodgers court. Trey Wingo IIRC is big Jets fan so I'd rather hear from someone in Rodgers camp. Probably announce it on McAfee tomorrow.

    I would still like to get a CB high in the draft. Sutton isn't a long term option and Okudah is still an unknown. As bad as the secondary was last year, they still have to replace Amani, Harris and Hughes. Their even lacking warm bodies in the secondary.

    I must be living in crazy times if it's reasonable for the Lions to consider a QB at 6 and the Raiders are out after signing a worse, older and injury prone QB to a short deal.

    I doubt it. It's a 3 year deal and probably more like a 1-2 year deal I bet. Garappolo to the Raiders made sense to reunite with McDaniels.

    Tampering period has been open for over 10 minutes now and Holmes hasn't signed a single free agent.

    I would be very amused if the Jets signed washed up players like Cobb, Mercedes Lewis, and Robert Tonyan and he decides to retire.

    Buggs apparently was one of the players who called the players only meeting when they were 1-6. He seems to be the culture fit that Holmes and Campbell like.

    Surprised one of Okwara or Harris hasn't been cut yet. I would have figured they would want to do them right and cut them early so they can latch on with another team.
