The Lions shouldn't be making any free agent signings yet. Holmes and Dorsey combined have only drafted a WR in the 1st round once. They tend to look in the 3rd to 4th rounds for receivers.

Quinn never struck me as an analytic type so I'm kind of impressed the Lions got one vote. The Rams got 6 votes which was the 6th highest. I imagine the Lions will move up once Holmes gets more time to build the analytics team.

MLB doesn't need an expansion team. We have 3-4 teams now that hardly have a home. It wasn't that long ago where MLB was talking about contraction.

Flowers would work so well if you had an elite pass rusher opposite him. He's still a good player but he's being paid to be an elite pass rusher. I remember when they signed Flowers and added Snacks and added Mike Daniels and you had Hand and Robinson who all had high PFF grades and that DLine looked like it was going to be dominant. The only problem is none of them were actual playmakers.

I have a hunch Flowers is getting cut this offseason. That may have changed with the Okwara injury though. Hopefully we see a lot more of Julian. Might as well see what he has.
