Rittenhouse isn't a vigilante. He was guy that defended himself after being attacked. Unfortunately Arbery was not able to fend off his attackers. Had he been able to and killed any of his attackers he also would have a good case of self defense.

I don't know if a bowl of soup is a good idea. Can he even feed himself? Funny how the democrats wanted Trump to take a cognitive test but its bad idea for Biden.

If they are good enough to be in the HOF then they should be eligible in my opinion.

I keep hearing that the Mets want to resign Baez. If that happens along with others that you listed the Tigers could be left looking at the trade market. I still think the Tigers will come up with the money for Correa, Story or Semien and we might know this week if it happens before the lockout.

There's a lot of difference between Hunter and Jared. Hunter is whore chasing drug addict that lives off of daddies name and was paid off by foreign companies to get daddies' influence. Jared is very successful and did a good job in his work in the WH achieving peace in the ME and working with other countries on foreign policy. The only thing Hunter did successfully while being overpaid in jobs he wasn't qualified was seducing his brothers wife. Sounds more like jealousy than corruption.

If they would just call it the South African variant it would be so much easier. The Delta variant started out as the India variant until someone though they were offending someone. I'm glad they jumped on the bandwagon with the travel ban. Hopefully it will help but it still allows a lot of people to travel to and from these countries. I don't care who a travel ban to the US offends, no matter what its for, as long as it is best for the US citizens. We need to look out for ourselves first for once.

There's a new variant of Covid discovered in South Africa. This South Africa variant could be the worst yet from initial reports, much worse than the Delta (India) variant. Because of that, several countries have blocked travel to and from South Africa, but not the US. The great Fauci says we will need to study it more before a decision is made. Why not take the precaution now and block travel? If its later proven travel to and from South Africa isn't an issue it can be opened back up. Are they really trying to stop Covid like Biden promised?

I don't know anyone that likes wearing the mask and if you are in a hot environment its even worse. Pretty much everyone I know have hoped that after they got the vaccination they would no longer have to wear a mask. Most people don't wear it now anyway unless its required by their employment. I went to the bank last week and they had a big sign on the door that said mask required. I didn't think anything of it, got a mask out of my pocket and put it on. While I'm waiting at the teller window, I look around and every other customer in the bank -about 10-12 people- were not wearing a mask. I figure if the bank employees are wearing a mask its respectful to do the same if its posted on the door.

It was meant as a joke. I have several kids and seeing what my wife went through is nothing I would want to do. I think most men feel that way.

I don't think it motivated people to get vaccinated when they were still required to wear masks in some situations, mainly work. I know Disney and some other companies required employees to vaccinate and after they were they were still required to wear masks. Two main reasons for the vaccination is to avoid the virus and to stop masking. I'm not anti-mask (even though I hate wearing it) but if the message was get vaccinated and no more mask, it might of helped more than anything.

I can say anything I want but thank you for your concern. Many areas, especially in Michigan did not check signatures in mail in voting. You can't prove anyone voted just once any more than I can prove they voted more than one. Fact is the controls were very loose. If mail in voting continues then there needs to be rules in place to prove who filled out the ballot and who's ballot it actually is. If Trump won and the election was ran the same way you would be beside yourself over the same issues. Election security and integrity is paramount in our democracy.

As much as the cases were different they were alike with two different sides of the self defense argument. I think if things were reversed, if Arbery would have been able to shoot/kill the three guys he would have a very good case for self defense much as Rittenhouse had. It also wouldn't have taken 70+ days for the prosecutor to charge him murder though. Same goes for Rittenhouse, if the three guys would have killed him they would have had a good case for murder. For some reason I doubt they would have been charged. Both cases had political motivations and biases that was just wrong.

That was probably a good choice seeing its a work computer and all.🙂

As you all know I have supported Rittenhouse since I saw the videos but this is a little much. I don't think it will get a lot of support.

I doubt the family would go on if even offered but who knows. I think Fox News gave Rittenhouse the interview because nobody else would because they wanted him dead or in jail. I'm sure Fox would love to have the family on. Believe or not Sean Hannity and Benjamin Crump are friends. Crump has been on his show many times and I wouldn't be surprised if he was on soon.

You are just afraid to say Trump did something good because you hate him so much. While in office Trump not only calmed the threat of NK, he also got peace in the mid east between Israel and UAE. That's never been done before and he deserves a lot of credit for it. But go ahead and keep on touting good ole Joe who hasn't done anything of note while in office for 48 years. Joe should at least give Don a call and ask him how to fix the disaster he created on the southern border.

For those of you that said the Rittenhouse verdict will allow vigilante justice and people to pick a fights to claim self defense will look at the Arbery trial and see how wrong you are. The defendants in the Arbery trial basically did what you said and will now pay for it with their life. The juries in both cases were 100% correct and justice has been served in both cases.

Seems like a lot of money for a one inning pitcher and he isn't even their closer.

WOW. I wonder if he sat down and read all of those. I will agree some books don't belong in certain schools do to maturity issues but don't believe in banning them all together. What does it matter with everything available on the internet? The curriculum being taught in schools is most important. Also, why do some of you like to label someone a "troll" because you don't agree with them. A troll is someone that only posts to inflame and not provide any worthwhile content. While I don't agree with a lot of you opinions it doesn't mean I think you are a troll. I found only one person here meets the description of a troll and finally had to ignore him.

If Joe sides with Tiawan it's really going to hurt his and Hunter's income stream from China.
