If the Tigers couldn't get Correa or Seager, Baez would have been my next choice before Semien or Story so I'm happy. It should give Kreidler another years work in AAA and hopefully he will be ready for MLB. He might be Schoops replacement at 2B???

I look at Christie as a John McCain moderate and not real conservative. He might appeal to some but I don't see him going the distance and getting the nomination. At this time I still think Haley and DeSantis are the front runners and I prefer Haley.

I can't see them trading Mize, Skubal or Manning. They will find a SS but he might not be from the first tier group. I'm still waiting for the big signing today. It would be a great day for them to announce Correa.

It all depends on what they gambled on. Rose is a different case because hes one of the greatest ever in my opinion. I feel the HOF is missing something without him.

If Trump decides to run the 2024 it could get interesting. There's a lot of us that won't vote for him in the primary. He's the bully they don't want to go against right now but the silent majority might not let him get the nomination. Its kind of like in 2016 when the silent majority put him in the WH.

The initial indication is the Omicron variant is less severe. It needs to be studied more but hopefully this holds true.

I had read that he was protecting a friends business. Walking the streets and playing policeman would be a vigilante. I don't think it would be considered that if he was protecting a friends property.

If they didn't get Correa I would be good with Simmons. It would save them some money and they wouldn't be locked in for years. Simmons would probably be a 1 or 2 year deal. It would give them more money to spend on a SP for this year.

Since other people who have used steroids have been enshrined in the HOF then they should be in too. Since the beginning of sports I believe players have been using things that was supposed to enhance their abilities. Steroids were the most obvious and many from that era used them. How do you let some in and not others especially a couple of the very best from that time?

Rittenhouse isn't a vigilante. He was guy that defended himself after being attacked. Unfortunately Arbery was not able to fend off his attackers. Had he been able to and killed any of his attackers he also would have a good case of self defense.

If they are good enough to be in the HOF then they should be eligible in my opinion.

I keep hearing that the Mets want to resign Baez. If that happens along with others that you listed the Tigers could be left looking at the trade market. I still think the Tigers will come up with the money for Correa, Story or Semien and we might know this week if it happens before the lockout.
