I liked seeing the White Sox getting it handed to them. McCullers had a nice game with 6 2/3 and 4 hits and no runs.

On Trade Rumors there is an article about Houston wanting to resign Correa. It said last year they tried to extend him for around 5yr/125mm. They thought signing Correa would be the biggest financial commitment in franchise history. If all of the is true I don't see the Tigers coming up with enough money to sign him when they have other needs too. Al must be trying to let us down easy with his drunken sailor comment.

They might have tried to cut their budget but never have they wanted to defund and eliminate police.

I would have no problem with that. Most things are privately owned so they should have the right to say who can or can't enter their establishment.

That's what I was thinking. I remember he got in an argument with someone in the dugout but don't remember much about it. Tigers just non-tendered him and didn't get anything back.

I agree its not a huge deal but says something about why she's wearing the mask. A lot of her colleagues are preaching masks all the time but there are several examples where they don't wear them in crowd and only put them on for photo ops.

Tehran was bust and Urena had a few good moments. Some of his wins came because Tigers scored runs not because he pitched great. Although one game he got the win Tigers had like 5 errors. Peralta did better than most thought he would. If he returns I would keep expectations low. I don't think he's the Tier 1 starter they are talking about. Most people I know prefer the term illegal alien. The term immigrant makes them sound like they are legally and legitimately in the US. There is more than one way to legally enter the country and these people should use them. Not rush our borders and illegally enter the US. These laws should be enforced.

I don't know the exact number but the number of deaths caused is several and one is too many since they could have been avoided.

As I said we don't know who is coming in the country. How could we since nobody is checked out. I don't have the answer to why we have so much crime and violence in our country. It might have something to do with coddling criminals for various reasons. We are not tough on crime or at least tough enough. We have some politicians that even want to defund police. Its bad people doing these acts. Someone has to pull the trigger since the gun does aim and shoot itself. A gun is only a tool. If a gun isn't available they will find another way if they are set on hurting or killing someone.

I don't think Mr. I's era has a cloud hanging over them. They spent as much as they had to and made trades they though best to put a great team on the field. They made it to the WS but just couldn't seal the deal. Kind of like the Padres are doing now but can't even make the playoffs.
