  1. This will put him into the 1st round for sure. He may even be an option for the Lions at 18 if he’s still there:
  2. I can see Holmes jumping all over this guy with one of the 2nd rounders.
  3. It appears that JV will make his Mets debut next Wednesday night at Comerica Park against our Tigers.
  4. Translation: This is a weak draft for marquee players.
  5. Feel bad for the player. LMAO at clown show Vivek and their cow town fanbase.
  6. He Gone…Finally!
  7. I’ve been thinking about rewatching since it’s been maybe 6 years since I blew through them. An incredible series.
  8. Why not walk the bases loaded instead
  9. Same with Maton riding an 0 for 23 streak.
  10. No RHB on the bench to ph for McKinstry?
  11. Could be or he could just be one of those AAAA guys who are too good to stay in the minors but not good enough to stick in the bigs.
  12. Baddoo’s nickname should be Toledo.
  13. That was a gift for them to send the runner there’. He should’ve been out by two steps.
  14. Not in a 0-0 ballgame. They better be trying to bunt. Anything to get on.
  15. I just turned on. Looks like Eddie is pitching an ok game.
  16. I almost said Joey Harrington level. What do you got for him?
  17. This is an Eric Ebron level post.
  18. Hustling Javy takes 2nd without a throw
  19. That doesn’t make sense. Players are allowed to gamble. If the league was concerned about a slippery slope, they would make it illegal to do any type of gambling.
  20. Any moron knows why certain things that are legal are not allowed in a work environment. Obviously, drugs and alcohol are impairments. They can cause a dangerous work environment and create tremendous liability for a company. The same is true for porn, which is an easy sexual harassment liability for any organization. That’s why these things are not allowed in the office. What is the reason that online gambling on non-NFL games through a legal business entity is not allowed in the facility? There is absolutely no correlation between this activity and anything around competitiveness or the trust of the game. They aren’t betting on NFL. There aren’t bookies or other shady types that may try to compromise a player. There is no impact or perceived impact on the outcome or result of any NFL game. Honestly, these suspensions will have a bigger impact on the outcome of NFL games than anything these players bet on their apps. I’m honestly confused why this crime has such a heavy penalty for doing this at a facility, on a team plane, in the locker room hours before a game. This is 3 times the length of suspension given to guys that beat their wives. Watson got the same for 20+ sexual assault cases. Makes no sense to me why 6 games for a first offense.
  21. Not one bit. Alcohol is a mental and physical impairment. It creates health, safety, and liability issues in the workplace. Non NFL gambling does none of these things and represents only a potential moral concern but even that connection seem hazy as online gambling has now taken a more acceptable business.
  22. I’d agree with you if the rule is no gambling. It’s not. The rule is no gambling at the team facility. The fact the league is ok with non football gambling sometimes but not at other times or places is confusing. It’s not a morals or even an integrity of the game issue, so what is their issue really?
  23. You can’t bet on NFL games and you can’t bet with bookies are both legitimate gambling rules that need strict enforcement and harsh punishments. This rule that you can bet on other sports on your own device but not while on NFL property is ridiculous. They need to rethink the future of all of their gambling rules especially if the NFL is going to continue to do business with the FanDuel, DraftKings, and MGM’s of the world.
