    Easy rule is if it’s not a hockey game and Sean McDonough agrees vehemently about something the opposite answer is almost always correct. Looked like a terrible slide and the tag glanced him on the helmet before the other hand touched the bag.

    Paycor is going to be Ford Field South on Sunday. Wouldn’t surprise me to see the largest number of Lions fans at a road game ever.

    We now have the unique opportunity to blow both the biggest division lead and wild card series lead in the same season. Let’s not ****ing go!!!

    Doesn’t matter who but at least half the lineup has to figure out how to put quality AB’s up against Williams and Bibee. Got to make those two work harder than they had to the past 4 times.

    Resilient comeback by Team USA. There are always decisions that can be second guessed like playing Morikawa/English twice despite analytics saying it was their worst possible pairing of 132 total possibilities. End of day, you can’t expect to win when your best player goes in all 5 matches and only scores 1 point. Amazing effort to make it that close really.

    Tough time to hit your first batter of your career. Even tougher way for Bochy to lose maybe his last game ever. He didn’t need to walk the bases loaded with 2 out but got overly cautious and made a managerial decision that ended the game.

    The reward for pitching him tomorrow doesn’t seem big enough to risk that we lose a series 2-0 that he never gets to pitch in.

    So if Cleveland loses tonight, the decision is start Skubal tomorrow and hope to win division and host a 3 game series but he would then only pitch game 3 on short rest and may not even get a chance at all. Option two is pitch whoever and start Skubal on extra rest in Game 1 even if it’s on the road. This is not even a choice. There’s only one move .

    Thank you Alex Cora! No Duran, Bregman, Story, or Gonzalez. I hope he’s also planning to rest both Whitlock and Chapman if he’s got the lead late.

    Cleveland is starting a pitcher with 6 career starts today. Boston is planning on a rookie with 3 total on Saturday. These batters couldn’t ask for a better opportunity to right the ship.

    Not shocked in the slightest that that Montero would come in and immediately **** on everything.

    How do they handle the firing of their batting coach with a 3 headed coach system. Do they all go or is one of them the fall guy?

    Im hoping for a normal loss tonight and not something heartbreaking. A typical 7-0 drubbing with 5 hits and 5 RISP stranded instead of a late inning bully explosion or a bunt a palooza like last night.

    I hope to never have Chlamydia but I can’t imagine its worse than the last 2 weeks as a Tiger fan.

    I don’t have a feel on how the defense will hold up but I will be shocked if this Ravens defense comes anywhere near slowing us down. 35 points at least and that should be enough. Lions 41 Ravens 31
