Stevie Y strikes me as someone that likes the team has tension with the head coach at a time they are playing like complete dogshit. Seems he’d be pissed if it was all rainbows and unicorns right now in the room.
I don’t think Davis is worth a roster spot. In the grand scheme, its the league minimum so he will have to perform to make the team anyway.
My real concern is they should know better than anyone that his lack of understanding of the LB position minimizes the athletic ability and great attitude. The guy is always one dumb decision away from a 75 year TD run.
This becomes a much bigger issue now the teams are on a $140M spending cap. Anything they use for repairs leaves less for development. This issue has to be even worse for Williams now that Latifi has shown he’s incapable of bringing them care home safely.
My concerns on Hamilton are more around his injury and his pedestrian 40 time. I’d hope if they reached this high for safety that he’d be an athletic freak.
Still, thus draft is weak at the top so it’s ripe for taking a risk on someone . The same reason that I like taking a flyer on Malik Willis would also apply for a guy like Hamilton.
Playoff hockey teams are made more from the quality of their 2nd and 3rd pairing blueliners and offensive lines than the top line stars. That is the great differentiator these days. The Wings are still far behind but they have the right guy making personnel decisions and it shouldn’t take too much longer. He can get them back in 2 years.
I pay for nugs as well but I’m also starting to listen to it less.
Covers are a big reason why I prefer live music. I enjoy hearing a band take someone’s song and give it their own sound. Especially deep tracks that I wasn’t familiar with before. You will rarely set these included in studio albums but are staples of any real touring band.
I’d recommend the relisten app for anyone that enjoys live music. Majority are the core jam bands but also so much other live from a variety of bands all for free.
I am mainly into jam bands so I judge music almost solely on the live performance. I find most studio albums uninteresting and I’ll also rarely ever see a band that puts on the same pre produced show every night.
Foo Fighters is one exception as they absolutely destroy live. I’ve seen them 4 different times with each better than the time before. They never mail it in. Great band. I hope they continue on but I wouldn’t be surprised to see them call it quits.
We know what he can do and it’s shit. The Jets found out thee same that we saw here with Davis. He runs well, tackles poorly, and doesn’t grasp the mental part of the game and is often out of position.
