That makes sense in theory but up until now it hasn’t been true. We have violent gun incidents weekly and larger scale mass shootings multiple times every year. Somehow, we have luckily avoided seeing this type of violence bleed over into the political arena. The last Presidential attack was Reagan. Gabby Giffords and Steve Scalise were the last attacks on congressmen. I fear we are going to see more violent attacks on elected officials going forward.

I would have no remorse if Trump had a heart attack and died. Honestly, I would probably be happy. What happened yesterday was horrible. Political violence has no place in a democracy. It can not be tolerated regardless of person or party. I am glad that Trump survived and appears to be unharmed. Unfortunately, I fear the attack has caused severe damage to the already fragile civility that was in place.

My theory is that the Democratic power brokers made the decision many months ago to run Biden as the candidate but with a plan of having him step down for Kamala shortly after inauguration. The issues at the debate freaked them out. They got rattled and started to wonder if they were better to try and make the move now rather than risk more public issues occurring later in the election cycle when it would be too late to do anything. He can overcome an isolated incident from a debate in June but it’s game over if similar things keep happening especially in the crucial final 2 months. Neither are very good options but they are in a **** situation with high stakes. Now, we are at a time to make the call and stick with it. This needs to be put to rest one way or another tonight. The party division can not continue to linger on as it only helps Trump.

That’s a great description. I wasnt expecting much but it was fun. It did a good job of being an 80’s movie. I really liked they kept all of the same songs and actors. Fits very well with the rest of the movies.

The only way the Tigers make a deal is if someone makes them an unreasonably stupid offer that they can’t refuse. So think of a reasonable offer in your head and then add two more significant pieces and there you have the framework of a deal to bring him to Baltimore.

The next Presidential debate is scheduled for September 10 and hosted by ABC. Should either of them go through with it less than 2 months before Election Day? We know the kind of guy that Joe Biden is and he’s going to be chomping at the bit to get back and redeem himself. He’ll want to do it badly but should his people let him? He can’t afford something similar happening again so close to the vote. Trump was horrible. He gained little ground, if any, on a night that went very badly for his opponent. This was also with moderators that let him lie without any recourse and refuse to answer the direct question. CNN took heat for that and I would be surprised to see ABC let him do the same. We may get a game of chicken to see who can hold out the longest before coming up with a reason to not do it. We could also see both sides thinking their opposition is a weak debater and going through with it with guns blazing.

Cmon CM, you’re at it again. There’s no need for a physical. The guy has recently won 2 club championships in golf. Not the Senior group but the entire club! He’s regularly beating players half his age. He’s so good that many courses across the world have been named after him.

It’s free for this season. There’s no word on whether it’ll be free forever. I do wonder how many people are paying the $19.99/month for Ballys app right now especially with the Tigers as the only live content this summer. I’m not sure we’ll ever know these numbers but I know of many more that just stopped watching rather than keep paying the money.

The team has found their own streaming partner and will create their own streaming app. Nice part is it will be available for people in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Framework is there for our local teams.

Seeing Paul Skenes and Jackson Merrill become all-stars at 22 and 21 years old gives me some hope that both Jobe and Clark could get here and legitimately help by 2026.
