  1. Always thought about it and have friends who have campers and go all the time, but with 3 small kids we have not taken that step yet. Maybe one of these days. Your online business is it drop shipping? I have been looking into that as a means for a second income lately.
  2. I also thought it was a little funny that the guy who made Jimmy thought that score he made was so huge. I mean what is he going to walk away with? It was hard to keep up with how much stuff they got away with...when they looked at the suits they thought they could get 500.00 each of them. 3 suits, 1500.00 split 2 ways. Maybe they walk away with 10k? Maybe 20k? Was that really going to change that guys life? I would assume if we had a few more episodes than we do, that he comes back to Jimmy because he is greedy. Wants more, somehow forces Jimmy to help him do it again. Becomes a REAL problem that Jimmy has to solve...maybe going as far as having to off the guy. Has Jimmy killed anyone himself? Sounds like a stupid question, but I cannot recall if Jimmy ever actually pulls the trigger on another person. In either series.
  3. I agree...I think the majority of next weeks episode will be Walt and Jesse, giving some back story to some significant part of BB that they never got to tell. Jimmy will be there for part of it, but I think the episode will be mostly Walt and Jesse. I am starting to wonder if the next Gene episode we get will be a big FF, showing Jimmy starting a new con in some new town. Killing Jimmy off feels a bit obvious, but I know that would probably get the biggest fan reaction. I think I would be a little bummed out if he died...Walt dying really did nothing for me. I half expected it. It is going to be interesting to see what they decided to do with the ending for Jimmy.
  4. The AB's I actually see Baez take.....little league I swear.
  5. Wife was out of town and I could not wait anymore. I will re-watch with her tomorrow or something. An entire Gene episode, but not a ton of movement, just a caper and the set up. I was waiting for Carol to tell him to bring the dog over...the whole time when she asked I was like "just say the dog is gone"...the show is great, but I did not want to watch an episode of Jimmy trying to find a dog that looks like the one in the pic to bring to Carols house. Why so many trips stealing all the stuff...couldn't the dude have gotten a cart or something? I thought FOR SURE the dude with the floor cleaner was going to catch the guy stealing....he was not there in that last shot when Jimmy was going to the security office. I do not really recall the significance of the ring...did Kim give it to him? So the dude who recognized Jimmy was with a bad crowd in New Mexico...that is interesting, but a little late in the game for new connections. Not a ton stood out in this episode for me. According to the BCS timeline it is 2010 and roughly 3 years from the last episode. Jimmy wants out...it looks that way anyway. Looking at those shirts...the sigh after the caper pulled off and almost got wrong. I wonder if he just sets up shop as a new hustler while keeping his Cinnabun manager persona where he is at. I could see Vince writing it like that...2 episodes back with Jimmy and the last episode tying up Genes timeline as he turns back into Slippin Jimmy again to start the process all over again. Since we now know (from the episode before) that him and Kim are quits and have been for awhile I am not 100% sure they bring her back. This felt like a filler episode. Kind of like the fly one in BB...I know a lot of people liked that episode, but it provided little movement in the story itself and was one of my least favorite.
  6. That is a good crowd for a Wednesday day game with crappy weather.
  7. The whole writer and who actually made the song is a really cool thing to look into. Again I know this is not new, but it is cool to see who wrote the song and who ended up making it and who turned it down etc.
  8. I really enjoy Tom Pettys music...I know I am not a unicorn with that, dude has a ton of fans. I will never forget seeing the video for Dont Come Around Here No More...I was 8 when that song came out...I thought the song was strange...hard to explain, but then the video with Alice as a cake...man that really messed me up. I have a much better appreciation for his music now, but even back then there was something about his music that caught me.
  9. Yeah I realized it after I hit send, then realized ....what would that be called...not irony... TB when fresh and made well is really good as you are eating it, but 90% of the restaurants are not run well and the food is almost never fresh or good...last night was the rule....felt so gross last night.
  10. 10k or more is excessive, but that is not a one time thing, that is a repeat offender. People ignore problems until they hit them in the face. That is a recipe for disaster in all of life, not just traffic tickets. You can set up a plan, if you adult up and face the issue. Again I have been on the flip side of that and can see where I was dumb tryin to ignore something because I could not deal with it only to regret it later. I did not expect leniency, I realized how life works early on and dealt with it.
  11. They are so good. I get Arbys maybe once a year and when I do I got to order that shake. Last night coming home from my golf league, had to pick my kids up from my parents place...it is WAAAAY past their bed time so I am trying to rush, but I did not eat donner so had to stop quick...go to TB and had to ask the lady if they still make mexi melts....they used to be soooo good....they do not make them anymore unfortunately.
  12. He is a smart hitter and trying to make sure he is effective his last 2 seasons. If he is trying to mash balls he will 100% injure himself at this point and be out of the line up. Not good for us since he is our best hitter right now.
  13. Not trying to be argumentative, but that is life. Maybe it should be easier, but I am not sure about that. Why make life easier for those who did something wrong? I mean they did something wrong to get the suspended license right? Make life easier for the person working 3 jobs, with no record. Your story is almost exactly my story, so I have lived through that and do not have a ton of sympathy for those who are not trying to better themselves because I know how hard it is. I try to think back on those times and see what "advantages" I may have had over people facing similar circumstances today...I mean I had family, but they did not really help me with anything. I had issues when I was living at home, so there is that....,but also a few years later on my own, paying my own rent, bills, food, gas etc...other than my dad buying me a couple house warming gifts (Tube TV, VCR) I was pretty much on my own and learned from those harsh experiences. As far as real life court TV I have only seen clips of the really weird ones on FB or something...the one with the girl who was acting like it was all a joke and the judge came down hard with a huge fine or something.
  14. Do I use that on our favorite go to places to eat.....part of me says no, because if they are bad for some reason I will not be able to go back, but on the flip if they are our favorite it means we have eaten there hundreds of times with no issues.
  15. Here is the thing though....if for some reason he stops playing next year....injury...whatever...does that change your feeling on him?
  16. 100% what that dude is doing is off the charts....for now....does he keep it up? Do the Angels or whoever he ends up with LET him keep it up? Personally I think a team would be stupid to try to pigeon hole him into one or the other, but I am sure there are a million examples in history where they took a SP and made him a reliever or vice versa...or moved a guy from pitching to the field etc. With Ohtani, if they tried to do that, it would be criminal IMO.
  17. As much as I like to glorify what the greats have done in history...not just with baseball, but everything really, I pretty much agree with your conclusion that if you dropped 1942 Williams in todays game, he would have a rough time with it, I am PRETTY sure he would still be a good player, but even that is debatable.....if you take out the weirdness of just having been transported in time and assume for the sake of the weird hypothetical that it was a normal thing.... I am also not that versed in pitchers from that era, but my gut is telling me pitchers today throw harder, study more and then take into account relievers. I am pretty sure there were not as many good pitchers in relief back then.
  18. Well plus Pujols is probably like 65 right now...😆 Ohtani is basically the current day Ruth...at the moment...he will have to keep us this kind of pace for awhile like you mentioned. To show my ignorance on Ruths career...he did hit and pitch at the same time right? IIRC he started as a pitcher then transitioned to hitter, but did still do both for a period? I am too busy to look it up right now.
  19. Alright, that seems fair. As an overall player I would agree Miggy is somewhere in the 30 range all time and nowhere close to Cobb IMO. Kalines defense really keeps him above Miggy on an all time Tiger list IMO. That is just based on what I have read. I never saw Kaline play myself. Miggy is just all about hitting. No real speed to speak of, not horrible, but nowhere near great in the field. Just curious where (roughly) you would put Miggy just on the all time RH hitter list?
  20. How many elite guys are there through baseball history in your opinion?
  21. I used to check my accounts daily. Last time I looked was about a month and a half ago, still auto depositing and auto buying on a schedule. I could not handle what was going on...it was looking pretty bleak...and while still not good...it is not as bad as I thought it would be. I got in on TSLA just before the split in August 2020.
