i dont know if youve checked out the sixers' record yet but that game actually seems winnable. especially since their best players are paul george and joel embiid. sixers may actually start to tank soon.

the bears are the dumbest ownership in sports, but even they have to realize keeping eberflus around now isnt worth it. normally i would say there is no way he's fired but this time might be different. thr bears being the bears, they would promote the OC, win a couple games down the stretch, and then appoint him as new head coach because "the team really played hard for him." and then continue to fail. that was embarassing from detroit. they should have been up 30-0 at halftime and then completely crater in the second half. same thing happened to the vikings and packers against the bears too.

augustine is younger and is dominating the ncaa. AND he's the #1 for the US and has done it on the big world stage already. he's futher along than cossa was at his age. that being said, big goalies take time and cossa has a higher ceiling simply because of his size. trade one of them for a top 4 defenseman...

most nights edvinsson looks better or just as good as seider right now. criminally too low. the others track, but i still think danielson could be better than that.

yzerman kept blashill around way too long and now history is repeating itself. people talk about gallant, but gallant has a rep for just relying on vets and stunting rookies. he's a mini-torts. we dont want that. there's the fedorov or larianov pipe dream, but i dont want to hire a guy just because he was a great red wing once. that's got us this front office who seems to have a hard time judging talent. i dont know enough about hockey to know if the coach will matter. and i know this will upset some people but the best guy out there is probably joel quenville.

indiana didnt "crap the bed," indiana is nowhere near a top 10 team much less a top 5 team. indiana had the cupcakiest of cupcake schedules this year and when they finally played a good team they got destroyed. its been a great season for them. they dont belong in the playoff over any 3 loss SEC team and if they make it and play and sec team they will get destroyed.
