  1. what stands out in the box score is killian only getting 20 minutes and cade shooting poorly. but i didnt see the game either so i dont really know what happened. good to see bey shoot well from 3, i suppose.
  2. lol. how's ivan nova doing? better than taijuan walker? and p.s.: the yankees still arent trading a guy in his early 20s with that track record for a broken down starter who cant do anything but give up home runs.
  3. ladies and gentlemen, i was not wrong. you, on the other hand, are wrong 50 times per game thread! shush.
  4. i'm not saying he wasnt injured, i'm saying he wasnt too injured to play. he looked exactly the same as he always does. and after the game he said he was hurt but it wasnt enough to keep him out of the game. tp is just being tp and making it all about some coaching malpractice and that the lions would be a great team if they just had tp as head coach.
  5. yeah, he was delibilitated that he couldnt play. gtfo.
  6. Just kind of nagged me a little bit throughout the game,” Goff said. “I felt like I was fine in there and felt like it didn’t affect me through the game. But it will be a little sore tomorrow, but I’ll be fine.”
  7. you said he couldnt throw downfield, and yet....he did in overtime. just as poorly as he usually does. a football player is sore on monday, news at fucking 11.
  8. i also think tracey walker is playing pretty well at safety.
  9. i didnt watch the game but it sounds like michigan just missed a bunch of open 3s. it'll happen.
  10. 1988 was a good draft for the lions. but just as an example, would you rather have had Neil Smith or Bennie Blades? defensive end is a more important position than safety, imo.
  11. it looks that way to me too.
  12. because all you have to do is throw him a curveball in the dirt or a fastball over his head and he'll swing at it. he's in his prime and be strikes out like a 50 year old.
  13. no flipping way would i take a safety with the first pick in the nfl draft. no no no.
  14. i had a friend that worked at his donut place and said lolich was a complete jerk.
  15. that should be givani smith's only job tonight.
  16. does jim harbaugh pay you a lot for that space he rents in your head?
  17. i'm rooting for stafford. i want him to win a super bowl. i like the guy. whether the lions pick 24th or 32nd doesnt mean all that much. they should get a good player regardless.
  18. from the interwebs: Harbaugh will draw a base salary of $605,000 over the next five years with additional compensation that nets him $3.3 million in 2021 and increased incrementally to $3.8 million in 2025. His total base compensation for the 2021 campaign is $4 million and tops out at $4.4 million in 2025. *** he has one time incentive bonuses for championships and bowl games but no automatic escalators in salary based on performance.
  19. but i'm sure michigan will be different.
  20. yeah, and texas fans like you clamored for tom herman to get fired after no national championships because "TEXAS IS BETTER THAN THAT". And he was duly fired and paid $20 million to go away. and then what happened? they hired steve sarkissian because he was so great after spending one year with alabama's massive talent factory and now texas is a laughingstock. be careful what you wish for, tater.
  21. michigan is 9-1 and ranked 6th in the country. texas is 4-5, has lost 5 straight, and just lost at home to kansas for the first time in 100 years. i think you need to relax a bit.
  22. when i was in okc there was no enforcement. and i agree with you on the necessity. the place i see where its being really enforced is on a plane. theyre pretty vigilant there. but places like grocery stores and restaurants, people are wearing them willingly and nobody needs to be told to do it.
  23. same type of thing here. covid has made things weird for everybody.
