  1. would have been nice to have him on mathurin. otoh, it would allow indy to just have a floater on defense to clog the lane and double cade because ausar is useless on offense.
  2. cade missed an open three and a bunch of tough layups in the 4th. but if you want to be a max player and an all star, you have to make those when it counts. or at least draw fouls. hey, its only one game. and last year he looked great in game one against miami (also a loss). so lets all settle down. and besides, in the grand scheme of things you should want them to lose. need that #5 pick again!
  3. sixers fans all laughing.
  4. we still owe a first round pick for him...
  5. haliburton has missed everything all game. makes an open three to ice it and then dances around like he was hot all game.
  6. well....cade's been ass so far in the 4th.
  7. that's a clear block. not sure what indiana is challenging, dude was moving.
  8. ok cade. time for 4th quarter cade now.
  9. too many men on the floor. you dont see that every day.
  10. he looks active. but he missed his long range shots badly. and he was wide open.
  11. as soon as i say that they start staggering them...
  12. so much for staggering cade and ivey.
  13. george sounds so old. and he misses so much stuff now. far be it for me to tell the legend what to do, but he must know he's just not that good anymore.
  14. they just showed tom gores. **** that ass hole.
  15. george blaha ia the voice of my childhood but he needs to call it quits.
  16. Lets Goooooooo! cant help it, i liked the introductions. as long as i dont have to see tom gores.
  17. 10 shots for the whole game and they won. kasper out there in some key spots playing well. seider and edvinsson seemed like they were on the ice for the whole game. playing young and fast instead of old and slow has some advantages after all. #freemazur
  18. patrick kane is still a very talented offensive player.
  19. i havent heard any rumors like that. yet.
  20. to a degree. usc hasnt won anything since pete carroll left and theyre still a draw (albeit a smaller one). notre dame is still a draw. tennessee. nebraska to a degree. i understand your point and there is some truth to it, but "being a good coach away" is true BUT that good coach gets poached quite quickly 9 times out of 10. you make it sound easy and it is not. msu was a solid team under dantonio and they were never the draw michigan is even when michigan sucks. and now no one givea two squirts about msu. it will return to relevance when they hire a good coach and then return to irrelevance the minute he leaves or michigan gets good. michigan will be watched even when brady hoke is their coach.
  21. the bottom of the east is really really bad. and THIS is the year EVERYONE will tank.
  22. its not that those teams cant beat the marquee teams, its that not enough people care to watch. this is about eyeballs. for as bad as michigan and usc are this year, people watched that game. maryland and illinois beat both of them. when maryland plays illinois no one will care and hardly anyone will watch. michigan, ohio state, penn state, usc, oregon (until phil knight dies), those are the teams people will watch now. you can throw ucla, michigan state, washington, nebraska, and maybe wisconsin and iowa in the mix there as name programs or programs with some attachment to a big program (like msu or ucla). rutgers, maryland, purdue, indiana (i know this year is fun but lets be honest, that coach is moving on soon) northwestern, illinois, minnesota...not enough people care. if they want to join the super league, theyre going to need to do an oregon amd get a sugar daddy to fund the program. otherwise they'll be relegated to the second division.
