I’m going to lock this in now because I know I’ll be pissed if we lose. Win or lose, this team looks legit. Like championship caliber legit. -

I try not to question play calling. There’s the whole saying “all men think they can drive, grill, and call plays.” I try to defy that stereotype. The only play calling that’s been objectively terrible IMO this year was when they ran up the middle twice on the Green Bay 1.

To expound… in a land before replay, they would call that incomplete live. But now, they call it a fumble and hope the TVs will save them if needed. And it’s close, so the call would stand. NFL refs care more about what television will show than what the right call is. I don’t like that.

Just throw it up and see if you can get a DPI, why not

4 penalties for 32 yards versus 1 penalty for 5 yards.

If that’s DPI, you should just teach your receivers to initiate contact every time you’re one-on-one.
