  1. I definitely agree that Boston (esp Boston), Tull, Frampton, the Crue, & Motorhead should be in. It's painful for me to say but maybe even Nugent. I might be biased toward older artists & bands here. Some of the ones you listed are bands I really like but I'm not sure they're HOF.
  2. The crappy induction process notwithstanding, if you're ever in the mistake by the lake, it really is a rad place to check out. I loved it. I think both of you guys would think it's really awesome.
  3. I'm ok with Eminem & Dolly Parton getting in. I definitely think there are some legit snubs on your list Biff but I don't think all of them are snubs. If Benatar and esp Tina Turner aren't in that's just ridiculous.
  4. It's only on one side though where the out of control folks are violently attacking the capitol.
  5. While Trump isn't going to wow you with his lofty speeches, he's clearly a very very very good politician. I think its fair to say if you try to objectively evaluate him as a politician, putting aside your hate for him, he's really good and really effective. That said, he lost and he also lost both branches of congress while president. But not sure this story is done yet.
  6. I think she was probably quite repellent to moderate republicans who were otherwise ok with jumping ship in light of Trump being the nominee. Policy wise I feel like she's actually on the more moderate side. Scandal follows her & them everywhere so that woulda been painful but I don't think she would be this stark raving crazy lib if she were president. But that's just my opinion of a fake world.
  7. Right but the NYTimes said I have the right to say what I want without consequences Oh wait I'm not a conservative, my bad nevermind 🙂
  8. I think we ended up with Trump because millions upon millions of Republicans voted for him.
  9. Yep... interesting how one side can violently attack our own capitol and feel no political pain for it but other side can't protest at a church without political pain. This country is pretty fucked up.
  10. She kicks ass!
  11. hornsby is awesome! Both of those songs mentioned are great. He was a member of the dead for a while too!
  12. I remember learning about when his writings were ratified at the constitutional convention.
  13. remember when he said Obama was lying when he said that Citizens United would cause foreign money to flow into our elections? That was hilarious. He sure nailed that one.
  14. If I'm forced to add a 4th it's Hollywood Nights by Seger
  15. I only have 3 songs that come to mind instantly when asked this question. In no particular order: Sweet Child O' Mine - G&R Baba O'Rielly - The Who A Day in the Life - Beatles
  16. also congratulations on your promotion to decider of whether terminating pregnancy is reasonable. Because obviously YOU are the best candidate for that job sir matthew hale give you the promotion chief? they've apparently been very active in constitutional textualist circles lately
  17. it's not true, who's barney
  18. wondering if anyone here who argues that Constitutional Textualism is a good faith jurisprudence could let us know where the writings of Sir Matthew Hale reside in the Consitution.
  19. Lol try reality sometime
  20. Outing their Coke orgies? These people are fucked up.
  21. I can't believe I'm actually starting to have an ounce of sympathy for that prick.
  22. I remember a while back I think it was Stevens had the temerity to mention something about foreign law in a decision, and the right of course went absolutely bonkers. Guess they're all good with our legal decisions being based on Sir Matthew Hale though.
  23. it's gonna be real sad when they overturn gay marriage. now we have empirical proof that they aren't hurting anyone by getting married and every damn one knows it
