  1. At least they are driving the ball. Just need a homer at some point.
  2. Has Jeimer lifted the ball at all since returning?
  3. e-sock paredes has two homers in two at-bats...now up to 7.
  4. They did bring the tying run to the plate in the 8th...so it wasn't completely non-competitive.
  5. Greene carved up....he will learn from it.
  6. Baez saw 5 sliders in 6 pitches...drove the last one for a double..progress.
  7. The bullpen guys are the value play. That's it.
  8. If the rest of the season is about testing young players, it's also about disposing of vets who won't be here long term. Clear the freaking decks for whatever young players deserve the opportunity.
  9. Barnhart has a .258 slugging...4 XBH in 144 Plate appearances. Whatever he gives them behind the plate isn't worth it.
  10. Haase hit the ball hard...didn't get a great outcome.
  11. The offense has no power in general...no slugging. So they need like 3 singles to score a run lol. And they don't do anything against decent teams.
  12. leadoff single following by 3 weak outs(2 popups and a groundout). Same as it ever was.
  13. Now the game is out of reach for this offense. The pitching isn't the problem yet. But I think they are a bit overextended with the injuries and absences.
  14. I have no idea why this moron wanted to push Faedo after he was max effort in the 4th...but there you go.
  15. Cy Winchowski....what can you do this guy must be a great pitcher.
  16. Bad job by Hinch...Devers should have been his last batter.
  17. Greene and Candy follow with soft contact grounders.
  18. Cabrera and Baez with back to back big EV.
  19. Alexander is available...don't let this game get out of hand if Faedo doesn't have it.
  20. Greene is going to raise this team's walk rate all by himself.
  21. Durran is a rookie...but compare the top of the two lineups lol.
  22. I applaud their successes in pitching development. I’m not even cynical about it. But the attrition rate is so high on pitchers that the guy you like today will be hurt next week. Hitters don’t get hurt as much…if they had more mid level hitting prospects, this org would be in much better shape.
