  1. If it can be the 2027 1st round pick...I might do that. If he can play the off wing as a RH shot on the top line with Larkin and Raymond. We badly need offense
  2. NIL makes that an easier choice
  3. Why would we add Cam Thomas?
  4. Joe Buck says bite me
  5. To rob a concept from a popular meme...the beatings will continue until the pitching improves..and the hitting...and the fielding..and the baserunning. Uniforms look clean though...so there's that
  6. Stupid burning owl...
  7. We can have nice things...but not really nice things?
  8. I don't know..one the one hand, committing the $$ needed to keep Skubal seems like a poor investment, ( unless he turns out to be in the Verlander/Clemens/Randy Johnson model of pitching effectively for a a long time) especially if you can get a very nice haul in exchange for him. On the other, trading him sends a message that you can't keep the talent you develop...that you can't have nice things. Only New York and LA get to develop and keep mega stars.
  9. No idea..I was being facetious..unless he signs..then I'm an absolute genius
  10. On the plus side...Alex Lange pitched a scoreless inning for the Hens on Saturday. No hits with a walj and a K. On the downside Matt Manning gave up 2 runs in an inning and a third. He has an ERA over 6 at AAA
  11. Tis but a flesh wound
  12. Time to get Suh out of retirement...
  13. Rakestraw tore a pec maybe?
  14. Don't count out DT Lopez as a week on starter
  15. No idea......apparently there's a fair amount of interest in Alcantara.
  16. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DMMG5COMVzg/?igsh=YmtvczR0MGhveng2 This one was hood because it mocked KAT
  17. Clase's off his rocker...thinks he's Betty Crocker. I've mentioned this name before...but if they think they can fix him, Alcantara from the marlins might come bit cheap as a starter. If they feel they must add a RH hitting 3B..Eugenio Suarez makes a lot of sense.
  18. Reed is a hard worker...but the Knicks series showed how we need a bench big with some bulk. Once Stew went don we were cooked on the interior
  19. Weird that he has Oliveto above Yost...but then it's only 8 vs 7.
  20. I've seen Hayes as a possible Tigers trade target a few times and I don't know why...he doesn't hit very well. If Vierling is truly healthy, Hayes serves no real purpose at all
  21. I think his performance in juniors and the evaluations by scouts had a lot more to do with Cossa getting picked than his size. I get that the end of the season and playoffs were shaky in GR...but that whole team had issues. Dating back to his run in Jrs and three pro seasons his worst save % is .911.
  22. ESPN analysis says Leys is likely to reach the majors 1st of all our drft picks. CALL HIM UP NOW!!
