When I think change up, I think JV throwing 95 MPH fastballs followed up by an 82 MPH change up. The change of speeds fools the hitters. Throwing every pitch at 82 to 85 MPH is...batting practice

They maxed out the national TV games last season. The league is heavily promoting Detroit, last year and this season.

I watched the Boston feed for the opening game 3rd inning, when the Tigers scored 9 runs. They spent the first 15 minutes interviewing a Boston pitcher in the dugout, basically ignoring the game in progress. It serves them right, getting their team humiliated while they rambled on and on asking the difference between a slider or 2 seam fastball. Who cares, your team stinks! But yeah, I agree, Daniella just keeps talking when action is going on. If they wanna do in-game fluff reports, skip the commercials and do it between innings. (Yeah, right.)
