It's official...Skubal starting Sunday night.

Watching 3 baseball games and a football game on Thursday to...nothing...today. It's a sports withdrawl.

Even with the pitch clock? About 15 minutes per hot dog and beer? Burp...

Their fans really irritated me. So much, I had to mute the TV several times over the 3 games. So I didn't just not feel bad for them, i actually enjoyed them being in emotional pain. And the players? After all their stupid luck in a few of their wins, they deserved to have us crush their spirit. That game against Skubal where they scored 3 runs without getting the ball out of the infield blew any pity I ever may feel for them. Screw their stupid lucky a$$e$. But yeah, that probably says more about me, too.

So incredibly hard to even get to a World Series. But hey, someone gets to win it, why not us?

I agree. And I wanted a later start. I have an obligation between 3 and 4 that I can't get out of. And no communication allowed. I already may miss watching the UM 2nd half or so...DVR it...

Now he's hurt. And it looks like a knee injury. He's been getting hammered.

Did you ever hear Mickey talk about that game? After about the 3rd inning, Mayo asked him for "just one more inning." He did the same thing the next couple of innings. After that, he didn't even bother talking to him. 😅😅

That looks good to me. And if we don't need him for a game 5, he'll be ready for game 1 of the ALCS.

Game 2 time is showing on MLB. Sunday @ 8:03 PM on FS1. Good, I get to watch the Lions and then the Tigers.

They'll be rusty for game 1 after the layoff. We can steal it. And then Skubal in game 2, thats ours. Split in Detroit and on to the ALCS. (In my dreams)

Yeah, I thought about that after posting. We were the last seed. My thinking was the season series, meaningless.

He's responsible for the loss. A horrible job of bullpen usage. Using them guys WAY too much in a 3 game series.

If somehow Boston and Detroit face each other in the ALCS, Detroit will have home field advantage.

Heck of a season comeback for them. Playoff bust but they were 15.5 games out of 1st.
