No, it wasn't. Typical MAGA, trying to change facts for their distorted reality. The original post was ETTD....Everything Trump Touches Dies. And I agree...how does someone bankrupt casinos? Especially after stiffing the suppliers who built the place.

When I first saw this thread, I thought for sure it was going to be about Trump's visit to NY for the 3rd Tiger-Yankee game. The Tigers won the first two games, scoring 12 runs and 11 runs. The Trump visit started their rest of the season slump, costing them the division and a possible bye. Trump destroys everything he touches...

And somebody seemed confused after reading it. Just think about all of Trump's transgressions I didn't even include. The list is long, very, very long.

Players who say God was on their side when they accomplish something doesn't make much sense. How about when they fail? Did their God ignore their needs? How about the other team/players? Was their god punishing them? And don't ever think about the American civil war....both sides claimed God was on their side. That didn't seem to work out too well for the Confederate side. God must hate racists. No hope for them. And then lets talk about these MAGA Christians. Look at their behavior. Deporting people in need. Denying school kids breakfast and lunches. Putting people in cages after seperating them from their families. Taking away millions of people's Healthcare. Taking food stamps away from the needy. And many, many more of their actions that make these Christians appear to be phony liars. Tell them that Jesus was woke and see their reaction. The hatred these people exhibit is a sure sign that they are in fact, not real Christians. They're just in a cult. The MAGA cult. And never forget, not all Republicans are racists but ALL racists are MAGA republicans.

The destruction of the East Wing and plans for a ballroom are distractions. Not so much from Epstein but from the fact that underneath the East Wing is the bunker that Trump hides in. And it's being upgraded. And then Trump orders nuke testing? The asshat is going to get us all killed while he hides in a new bunker.

When the MAGA folk were taking a tour there, my remark was they were picking out their future cells...😅😅

The Tigers would never bring guys north to sit on the bench 5 days a week. This organization is really good with players development and the best way to develop them is for them to play every day. That's why I was in favor of moving a few prospects at the trade deadline for major league talent. But...whatever.

In years past, the Lions would play down to their opponents level. I don't see a Dan Campbell team having a letdown. But this really could be a trap game.

Upgrade at the trade deadline? Insurance is always a good idea.

Sometimes politics and sports mix. Like when the champion of a sport gets to visit the White House. With Toronto possibly winning, that would be kinda....interesting?

That 18 inning loss for Toronto wasn't a crushing loss. It was an uplifting loss.

I'm 100% for Toronto. They appear to be a team of destiny. The Dodgers have big player names but if a team gets hot for a week, they can be beat.

Agreed 100%. All that running seems to cause many of the turnovers but they just seem like they're playing under control tonight. Cade is really good, I didn't used to say that but he's won me over. 😆

The starting price for Bregman is whatever he would walk away from that he has with Boston. That makes him way too expensive for Detroit. I really don't see the Tigers competing for high quality free agents, Scott Harris prefers quantity over quality. Bring in 5 or 6 bargain free agents and hope to hit on one or two. I'm not sure if that's his choice or not, he may not be allowed the spend millions of dollars over long term contracts. IDK.
