I suppose another arena specifically for an NBA but also allowing for other events would help alleviate any kinds of arena capacity issues Las Vegas might have. Plus, it seems like there is always some sort of renovation/demolition/reconstruction going on there. Should've traded Dre long before they did (not that he was as good as either Beal or Porzingis), but instead they doubled down on a team everyone knew was mediocre. By the time Gores let them rebuild, all they got was a second round pick to start the rebuild. Makes you envious of teams like OKC and Houston that started their rebuilds with a ton of draft assets. I know I grew a couple inches from the time I graduated High School till my 20th birthday so I know first hand it's not out of the realm of possibility to grow at that age but that would be a MAJOR late growth spurt.
