Tiger337 Posted June 18, 2023 Share Posted June 18, 2023 (edited) In a small sample, Veirling has reversed his platoon split this year - hitting RHP and not LHP. Since he has not had trouble hitting LHP in the past and should hit them again, this is a positive sign. he also has good process stats this year. I really dont get it...hell, Miggy's earned the 5th spot recently over Maton, it makes zero sense, he should be hitting 9th if they insist on wasting lineup spot with him. Not saying Harris is going to micro-manage and tell AJ how to run his lineup, but a good GM would have to question his coach at this point about constantly trotting the worst hitter in the league at the 5 spot EVERY GAME...and oh look, there's an error by Maton.
