I'm currently streaming Scarpetta on Amazon Prime. Jamie Lee Curtis is really irritating on the show, if it was her intent, she does a good job. A little bit too much jumping from the past to the present, makes it a bit confusing. But it's worth a watch....but the books were/are much, much better.

I am a big fan of “Dead Loch”.  Season 2 just added - on Amazon Prime.  
 

Anyone else see season 1, and now season 2? 
 

I very literally laugh out loud at the dialogue and physical humor on this show.

Just finished DTF St. Louis and even though they telegraphed the ending (or the whodunnit) it was still a very impactful ending.

yes it was. I was wondering how they were going to pull it off but I liked it.  

Sometimes the obvious answer is the best one, rather than some crazy twist at the end, but if you tell the story correctly it can work.  Loved the Homer character too.

My only complaint is that Clark's ASL skills were too advanced for the limited amount of learning he had.  They did a good job at balancing the flaws but showing us why they have those flaws.

and having a son like Richard sure pulled at the heartstrings.  When they were on the bus after he acted out.... damn.  Been there done that.

One of the saddest endings ever.    It hit me hard, being an overweight middle-aged guy.   Feeling invisible.  Only difference is that I kind of like it.

No, his weight fluctuated during Stranger Things.  I think he gained for the show, but there may have been some digital manipulation too.

It’s wonderful.  These creatures are amazing…. So damn smart. 
 

Episodes are about 45 minutes long. Definitely worth watching a few.

Scene:  African American freedman is walking down an alley in the little town of Walnut Grove carrying his laundry.  Another African American freedman wearing a bowtie confronts him with a very stylish pistol.  They discuss how they are going to get revenge on Stringer after a brief standoff.
