The trading freeze has been lifted.  Let the rumors start back up again.

It appears that after the Kevin Fiala injury in Milan, Kenny Holland is back in deal making mode.   Robert Thomas or Pettersson are the big targets.   I don’t think either can be had without giving up on Quintin Byfield.  It will be another major coup for LA if they can make a deal without him as the centerpiece.

Talk on X is that the Wings are in on RHD McKenzie Weegar from the Flames.

They also employ the irascible Nazem Kadri...he would add an ahole dimension to the top six

Will Larkin be getting any time off? First game Thursday. I’d think of resting him until at least Saturday’s game.

weegar's play has fallen off, iirc.
