Unless the Browns plan to roster four QBs, there is a non-zero chance that Sanders will have to clear waivers to the practice squad before playing a single regular season snap. They might be able to trade Flacco to someone who needs a backup. Meanwhile, do the Stealers have a viable QB? Will they if they're stuck signing Rodgers? Quote
