Tenacious D
I collect autograph cards, much to my wife’s chagrin. Here are a few: Edited January 6, 2022 by Tenacious D
Biff Mayhem
I have two George Brett rookie cards....mini and full size. The mini one was generously gifted to me by a person on this site 20 years ago who went by the name "Buck". I have hundreds of GB cards but those two are my favorite along with the Bird rookie card.
Dan Gilmore
Do any of the cards have pine tar on them? Asking for my friend, Billy.

To my knowledge, no, however when you collect the whole set you get a free hemorrhoid donut.

But that was out of our price range, so we got stuck with Bubbalicious or something like that.

I remember kids would collect cards all year, ex series 1-5 or 6 as they came out respectively, then the last series came out always much later, ex August/Sept and NOT dispersed nearly as much and so many kids/collectors would get upset. Then you had to find these lesser printed cards to complete a set somehow (maybe go to a card show) only to pay $1 even for a common player because of the scarcity! Jim Cowan
I had an aunt who would have happily killed someone to get that Rocky Colavito card. He was the major heartthrob of the 1950s for female fans.

The reason there were less of the last series or two is because no one hardly bought them. By that time of the year, it had turned to football season and all the kids were buying football cards instead of baseball cards.
