There are many state level republicans and even some national level ones that are keeping their head down and doing good work.  The only issue I have with many of them is when it comes to their primaries, it's hard to differentiate their talk from Trump as they want to win their primary.  Also why I won't support them.

My MAGA brother wants the National Guard in Dearborn, because you know, Sharia Law, ISIS, all the terror attacks that originate from their apparently...etc.  He doesn't live in Michigan, but I told him next time he's around, we'll head to Dearborn.  He is fully convinced every women is in the full garb, getting beat on the street if they don't maintain the correct distance behind their husband.  He seriously needs to work on his algorithm.

The bigger issue in Portland is not how many police there are but that they are operating under the policies of the their far left city council.  In other words they are standing around and doing nothing but protecting the left wing radicals that are blocking streets, harassing and at times inciting violence on anyone that doesn't agree with them and harboring illegal aliens.  There was video showing some left wing loon attacking a guy in a Charlie Kirk shirt.  The guy in the Kirk shirt defended himself and was arrested while nothing was done to the left wing loser.
