I think the slide started before that. As mentioned here, her appearance before Congress was horrible. She's failed to bury the Epstein stuff. And most businessmen like Trump that I've dealt with tend to fall out of love with folks who can't carry out their insane or outrageous orders. 

Her temporary replacement, Todd Blanche, Trump's personal attorney just might be more aggressive.

Isn’t an NDA just a contract between two parties?  It’s not a legal document. It’s never been tested for government work and I doubt would hold up in a civil court.

You're thinking like a rational person would think, which is why you are wrong.   It's quite clear looking at her what the real issue is, this aging women thinks it's alright to just represent his whims without truly representing the most important thing to Trump, physical looks.  She has refused Mar-a-lago face and he's not going to tolerate that.

Definitely a legal document, but you can't use it to hide behind illegal acts.  As a public official, no idea if it is even legal to sign an NDA related to your work though.
