Ha ha ha! This confused me at first but now I see the issue—“part as friends” was the wrong way for me to put it! I meant to say just agree to disagree and stay friends. “Part as friends” means we’re never talking again. Definitely not what I meant! Sorry about that!

I never disputed there were people on the left engaging in it. If there were only two people in the entire social mediasphere engaging in it, “people on the left are engaging in it” would still be technically true, so i could never argue that literally nobody is engaging in it. Scale and equivalence was all I was debating. The thing I believe we are agree to disagree on is whether it’s a real, major problem. I say the scale is so small, and their influence on the Democratic Party so absent, it’s only a minor problem at best, and then only on the fringes.

I know/knew what you meant. The actual MAGA leaders are all pathological liars or wacko conspiracy weirdos who lie constantly. Anytime CNN starts a sentence "Trump says. ." Its more often than not followed by more of his lies. Nobody on the right in such high positions lie as much or as bad as MAGA. My only point is there are many more people on the left spreading misinformation thats being retweeted and shared among many people on MY side and I dont like it. Whether they have 5 followers or 1.5 million followers. Wasn't it Hillary who said her party would take the high road and then called the Right deplorable? Yeah, look where it got her...but, IMO, she was right. Call them out for their lies but don't lower standards.

By the way, Happy Friday, everyone! We are entering that weekly dangerous 12-or-so-hour period during which Trump times his very worst stuff to shield the markets from the immediate effect. So what fresh hell will we be seeing by tomorrow morning?

....  Put people in jail and then ...

This will never happen.

But they need to put serious laws on the books with some teeth to it.

The passing and enforcement of laws will have an impact.

Investigations I believe, will end up with nothing. Like the Trump Impeachments (PLURAL!!!)

And no law to these effects will be signed until February, 2029.

See you then...

If we still live in a democracy.

Amanda Ungaro

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Amanda Ungaro was the partner of Donald Trump confidante Paolo Zampolli.[1] They separated in 2023.[2] Born in Londrina, Brazil, she is a Brazilian citizen.[1] She is currently 41 years old.[3][when?]

Early life

As a 17 year old teenage model, she had been flown to New York City on a plane owned by Jeffrey Epstein (whom she never met again).[4] Her agent at the time, with whom she had boarded, was Jean-Luc Brunel.[citation needed]

Career

In June 2014, Keith Mitchell, Prime Minister of Grenada, appointed Ungaro as United Nations Ambassador in charge of Post-15th Agendas and responsible of the second committee with United Nations Ambassador Ranking.[5][6] Ungaro has worked under the 69th United Nations Vice President of the UN General Assembly for the Blue Economy.[7]

After separating from Zampolli she married a doctor from Brazil.[8] In 2025, she was arrested in Miami, Florida for running an unlicensed cosmetic surgery clinic specializing in Botox. Later placed in ICE custody (at Paolo Zampolli's behest)[8] for three months, she requested of an immigration judge to be deported to back to Brazil, where she had had previous residency.[2] The custody battle over the one offspring of her and her ex-partner (a son) is on-going.[1]

On 7 April 2026, a series of tweets emerged threatening legal action, etc.. which had been sent in her name to Melania Trump in the first term of the Trump presidency.[9][bare URL] The First Lady held a surprise press announcement the next day denying any ties with Epstein.[3]

There’s no way Orban would willingly just leave office and Trump just stands by and watches it happen, is there? Something is going to happen, and the US is going to be involved.

1st dead giveaway was to leave out "Thank-you for your attention to this matter"

I think it was proper sentence structure and correct spelling that kinda gives it away. But a total giveaway was way he spelled Orbàn. No way does Trump know how to spell or use that ' above the a. Whatever it's called....lol

What is awful is the really gross behavior of her ex-husband toward her (having ICE detain her) did not result in dot connecting by any reporters.   Wait, it probably did.  What happened was it didn't result in any news organizations willing to put that dot connection out in a form the general public could understand.

To be clear, are you saying the Filipowski is lying and spewing disinformation, or are you saying that someone else is writing this in Trump’s name and he’s not really pledging this?

Yup. We just dont know if Trump dictates what to write or approves of whatever has been written but I just dont think he would allow somebody to write something and post it without his approval. But I dont see him typing those words out, just too concise.

I just can't imagine he has the time or desire to even bother with it other than reading it and smirking about it.  I think that he selected a person who is loyal to him and can write controversial stuff that sounds like it could be him.  Regardless of whether or not it's actually him though, he has to own whatever is said in those posts.

It’s a real post, so Filipowski is not lying or spewing disinformation here.

Beyond that, it doesn’t matter whether Trump types out the words himself, whether he dictates it to somebody, or whether somebody posts it on his behalf without his even knowing it. As long as it comes out under his name, they are his words and his ideas. He is responsible for the post. He owns it, lock stock.

I will say this, though: if anyone can get away with the idea that someone who works for him did a rogue post and the named person on the account didn’t know about it and shouldn’t be held responsible for it, it’s Trump.

I guess you have a point. I just can't wrap my head around the fact that he would allow anyone to post something under his name without his approval first. He just seems too much like a control freak to allow that. But...who knows?
