Hongbit Posted January 31 Posted January 31 It’s Gores so there’s got to be some beneficial tax angle to it. Maybe he needs to add some losses to his books. Quote

I read that Sheila Hamp was trying to bring one back to Detroit along with Gores. Sports_Freak Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Cade still turns the ball over a bit too often but he makes perfect Ally-oop passes. Quote

Sports_Freak Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Duren waiting for that ball to come off the rim so he could slam it home. Like an assassin. 😆 Quote

Deleterious Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Another win for Cade and his band of second stringers. No other player with 20. Two starters couldn't even hit double digits. Quote
Hongbit Posted February 1 Posted February 1 How in the world does a guy take 30 shots and only get to the line 3 times. Stripes are jobbing him. Quote

I don't think there is some vendetta by refs against him. This is something we are just going to have to live with. It's just the way he plays. He has a great mid range game, is very methodical and crafty, and lacks explosion. I love the games from Cade where he has a high shot count, an okay but not high assist number, and a low turnover count. I think this is his sweet spot. Quote
Deleterious Posted February 1 Posted February 1 For the entire season, two players have attempted 30+ shots and taken 3 or less FT's. Cade last night and Miles Bridges against Chicago. He took 32 shots and had 3 FTA's. From 2014-2025 it has happened 47 times total. Quote
Deleterious Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Cades FT rate vs other top scorers in the league. This is just FTA's vs FGA's Quote
NYLion Posted February 1 Posted February 1 (edited) That's a nice win. Cade might very well be the MVP of the league in terms of value to a team. One can argue that Jokic does more for the Nuggets than anybody and he's quite obviously the best player in the league but you can't tell me that he has a worse supporting cast than what Cade has especially with Ivey out. RandyMarsh Posted February 1 Posted February 1 Like somebody on here said the other day, this team talent wise is essentially the Wizards outside of Cade yet here they are at .500. Quote
