Tiger337 Posted October 29 Posted October 29 Blue Jays are making a series out of this short series. Quote

If that’s not the perfect encapsulation of this World Series so far, i don’t know what is. At the time I though it was a mistake for Roberts to leave Ohtani in the game so long last night if they wanted him to pitch today - especially once it was plain Schnieder would not pitch to him anyway. Zakk_Wylde Posted October 29 Posted October 29 So just like pretty much every other Canadian, I'm pulling for a Jays victory in this series. I'm just curious who the American posters of this board are rooting for. Are you guys pulling for Toronto? or LA? Or do you guys care either way? Just curious! Quote

Toronto, for reasons I can't articulate in this part of the forum. 😏 1 Quote

A Canadian mostly being a neutral, slight pull for the Dodgers. I don’t hate the Jays like I do with the Leafs. And the excitement for a new generation in the Jays making the World Series for the first time in 32 years is good for baseball in this country. But if there are going to be bars in SW Ontario erupting over a World Series champion ship, I want it to be for the Tigers not the Jays. Quote

I hate the Dodgers, Yankees and Red Sox, with fervor. I will never root for any of them Quote

IdahoBert Posted October 30 Posted October 30 If the Blue Jays get out to an early lead, I’ll watch this game… Oh my God Davis Schneider homers (1) on a fly ball to left field. Quote
guy incognito Posted October 30 Posted October 30 First time in WS a team has led off with b2b homers. And they both came on the first pitch! Quote
IdahoBert Posted October 30 Posted October 30 Alejandro Kirk at 5‘8“ and 245 pounds looks like a spark plug. He does not “look like a baseball player“ Quote

IdahoBert Posted October 30 Posted October 30 I’m in the mood for some add on runs by the Blue Jays. Quote
