Enns has a colorful history. I wondered if he was young guy why I hadn’t heard about him and now I realize he’s not a young guy, but he did damn well today.

Yeah didn't dive any deeper but I figured he must have been pitching somewhere else, still wild to me how a player can go 4 years between MLB appearances not once but twice.

He was pounding the strike zone. Very impressive against a decent hitting team. He kept them offbalance and located his fastball really good.

Nice to see the offense bounce back, there was a few week stretch not too long ago where we only scored 7 or more a couple times total so it's a pleasant sight to see us back to doing it regularly again.

Only the 2nd outing for Vest since the injury scare 11 days. But has retired all 6 batters combined in those 2 appearances, 4 of them on strikeouts.

I thought Tuesday night was a perfect "fun game" but today with a huge unknown pitching and all the shuttieoutiesness of it...was gooder.  I also didn't see very much because I was working.
