I was a teen when Mischief came out. Coming of age movie. Had a crush on Kelly after I saw it. She was also excellent of For the Love of the Game. RIP

another 80s actress with a Justin Verlander/Max Scherzer fastball.  Gretta Scachi, very cute Aussie who was in a movie that for some reason was on max rotation called The Coca Cola Kid.

Tigers are 13-10 so far for the month of June. 12 home games, 11 road games. Funny, I would have been a bit of disappointed in that at the beginning of the month, given what seems to have been a favourable schedule, but it's still .565 ball for the month, or 92 win pace for the month.

We're almost at that point where playing .500 the rest of the way will win the division.

As it stands we would win 91 games if that were to happen, it would probably take one of the other teams playing the rest of the way like we did to finish last year for that not to be good enough.

After the first episode, I was looking for more action in that other world. But yeah, if there was a 2nd season, I woulda watched. Sissy and JK in it made it better but apparently it didn't get good ratings, or it was dropped for some other reason. I watched it after the last Bosch season so it was a letdown.

Cleveland, KC or Minnesota would have to be the best or very nearly the best team in MLB the rest of the way. Looking only at Cleveland, because they're 2.5 up on Minnesota and 3 up on KC, the Guardians would need to go 51-32 (.614) in their final 83 games to get to 91-71.  The Tigers and Dodgers are tied for the best record in baseball and both have gone 51-31 to start the year, no other team is closer than 2.5 games to that.  The Tigers are going to win the AL Central division comfortably; my concern that will be keep me interested in the standings all summer is that the Tigers stay ahead of either Houston (2.5 games behind the Tigers currently) or the AL East leader (NY Yankees 4.0 games behind the Tigers currently, Tampa 4.5) in order to get a bye into the ALDS.

I just remember when we used to complain about him and we don’t seem to complain about him anymore.

As long as he's not sending Jake, Kerry, or Gleyber he's golden.

That sounds like something AJ would enforce. Picking your battles carefully instead of having a one-size-fits-all approach.
