papalawrence Posted August 5 Posted August 5 I swear I see Joe Coleman warming up the Bill Freehan in the field of dreams bullpen, while Rocky Colavito and Chet Lemon are tossing in the outfield. Quote

Now I'm bummed, his long at-bat against the Jays was one of '84s most memorable moments. Quote
CMU97 Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Lopez was the first to pass away, at age 44 in a car accident in Mexico. I don't think he ever got enough credit for his 1984 season. Hernandez got all the alcolades, but Senior Smoke was 10-1 with 14 saves. One heck of a year. 2 Quote
romad1 Posted August 5 Posted August 5 Riley Greene will have a breakout tonight. He's going to be wearing his new glasses and they will be spectacular horn rim jobs. He's also going to have a chinstrap for his helmet. 1 Quote

IdahoBert Posted August 5 Posted August 5 They made Paddack eat a Little Ceasar’s pizza? I’d prefer Vietnamese Cha Gio with a light spicy sauce. “When in Rome do as the Romans do” as St. Augustine is alleged to have said… Quote

IdahoBert Posted August 5 Posted August 5 My Internet just crashed to spare me the suffering of experiencing what just occurred live. So something positive did come out of this. it’s not an MLB problem for me just coincidental. Quote
