Ain't no damn reason for Goff to be as much of a statue as he is.

But Goffs problem isn't straight line speed, it's manueverability. 🦛

I think MCDC might need to give the playcalling duties back to John Morton or do something with game management where he clones himself to supervise that.

It's not even about being able to avoid people, it's his inability to do any moving at all.  Watching the Rams last night, Stafford had designed roll outs a bunch of times and there were others that he just moved to get away from oncoming pressure.   I'm not expecting Goff to have the ability to dodge and weave and make impossible throws like Mahomes, but is it really too much to ask that he be able to roll out?

yeah - planned roll outs should not be that hard. Either they aren't in the play book, Goff just doesn't like to do it, or the thought is that with the turnover on the 0-line and TE it's an added level of complexity they think might lead to more breakdowns.
