Anything out of the norm is shocking. TBH, there were numerous times during the season I was hoping he would hit for him. Mostly when other managers brought in LH pitchers to face him. Quote
lordstanley Posted October 1 Posted October 1 If Dingler gets on McK would come up as the tying run at the plate. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 (edited) Why is it that the fact they are within a bloop and an blast is still zero hopeful? Edited October 1 by gehringer_2 Quote
monkeytargets39 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Might as well leave three more men on base. Why not? Quote
tiger2022 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 Thank goodness Greene wasn't in there hitting both times. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted October 1 Posted October 1 FIFTEEN runners left on base in a playoff game. ONE earned run in two playoff games. I would say it's unbelievable but I've seen enough in the last six months to know it's not just believable, but to be expected. Quote
gehringer_2 Posted October 1 Posted October 1 You know what Casey Mize is thinking: "If you'd given me two more innings you'd have never had gotten to Melton..." He's probably wrong but you know that's what he is thinking. Quote
Sports_Freak Posted October 1 Posted October 1 No Smith or Gaddis tomorrow, probably. The Cleveland BP may be kinda light. Quote
papalawrence Posted October 1 Posted October 1 2 mostly mediocre teams battling it out. On to tomorrow............ Quote

Sports_Freak Posted October 1 Posted October 1 I wonder what trading Greene and Skubal would bring back? Since we have SO many great prospects to bring up. Quote
Graterol Posted October 1 Posted October 1 I understand pitch hitting for Greene. I do not understand pitching melton over hurter with 3 lefties and a switch hitter in a row. also think it is karma that Cleveland calls up their top prospect and he makes a play, while ours is “developing” on the couch right now.
