MichiganCardinal Posted Thursday at 07:32 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:32 PM Jamo making his case to be WR1 Quote
holygoat Posted Thursday at 07:33 PM Posted Thursday at 07:33 PM Not a bad considering how badly we've been outplayed. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted Thursday at 07:34 PM Posted Thursday at 07:34 PM That was a rotten a half of officiating as I've seen all year because you can count the points Green Bay gained off of bad calls. Quote

The first TD was not a TD, should have been a 4th down stop, and the false start clearly happened before the timeout so that's a FG instead of a TD. Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted Thursday at 07:39 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:39 PM (edited) Every 50/50 call has gone the Packers way and it’s a 3-point game with our ball. I’ll take it. ETA: and also some 100/0 calls. Edited Thursday at 07:40 PM by MichiganCardinal Quote
MichiganCardinal Posted Thursday at 07:41 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:41 PM You know regardless of the timing of the challenge flag, feels like “Replay Assist” could have and should have been prevalent for the 3rd down completion. Quote
Jason_R Posted Thursday at 07:42 PM Posted Thursday at 07:42 PM Maybe we can get a makeup call in the second half. Quote
Mr.TaterSalad Posted Thursday at 07:42 PM Posted Thursday at 07:42 PM The NFL shouldn't be in the business of makeup calls though. Get it right the first damn time. Quote

MichiganCardinal Posted Thursday at 07:49 PM Author Posted Thursday at 07:49 PM Best halftime show in the last five years I’ve been here, and it’s not remotely close. Eminem kills. 1 Quote

holygoat Posted Thursday at 07:52 PM Posted Thursday at 07:52 PM Hopefully the Lions post the halftime show on their YT, because I missed it while walking the dog. 1 Quote

As a guitarist, I know what he was doing during 7 Nation Army and it was very, very cool. Alternative tuning and a distorted acoustic with a slide was not reinventing the wheel but it just shows how much he cares about playing for the song. It’s why he belonged in that doc with Page and The Edge. It’s not always about skill. Quote

I always thought it was two feet inbounds for a catch. I guess if you're certain teams it's only one. I was mistaken about the two feet needing to be in rule. Watson’s catch was clearly a catch. He got firm control with a foot down then the next step was down: the third step was out of bounds. The WIcks TD was not a catch. The defender hit his hands causing the ball to switch hands. Even though he never bobbled it, he also didn’t choose to move the ball to the other hand which means he didn’t have full control. Quote
Motown Bombers Posted Thursday at 08:01 PM Posted Thursday at 08:01 PM I don't mind going for it but not sure about that play call. Quote
