This is sort of The Game of Living Dangerously for Skubal but he’s up for the challenge. It sure would be nice to give him some runs to work with.

It seems like the cold is really bothering him. Pretty high pitch count.

They are last in the AL in homers and 8th in slugging..hopefuly that reverts to some norms.

I think this is a bad streak and they’ll start doing something that we would consider normal before long, but that insight doesn’t make the present situation any more palatable.

This is the second game in a row where a  Twins starting pitcher has thrown over 100 pitches. I can’t remember the last time I saw that.
