Just rotten officiating tonight. The trip on Thompson was awful. All the soft **** they called all night and a blatant trip is missed.

No. That’s how turnovers happen. You don’t go 1 on 2 or 1 on 3. Cade did everything to bring this game home. He was let down by his coach and his teammates.

This and you can't say anything else. The officials cost us this game with that. They directly stole a scoring opportunity by not calling that.

disagree.  cade has to be special.  go quick before the double team comes.  get to the basket and draw contact instead of fading away.  he was passive.

you know who he looked like tonight?  game 7 tracy mcgrady.  making "the right pass" but not taking charge of the game when youre the best player on the floor.

harden drove and got fouled all game.  cade didnt.  make the refs make the call.

there's still some naiivite to cade's game.

cade doesnt need help to turn the ball over.  yet another "casual cade" play in ot lets strus strip him and set up a layup.

he turns the ball over when he drives because he doesnt seek contact, gets in the air, and then looks to pass instead of shooting.

JB didn't coach that good of a game. He put out bad rotations at times and waited too late in the game to put Reed in. Cade didn't come up clutch when we absolutely needed him to. But the fact remains, with .5 left on the clock the officials missed or refused to call a blatant trip on Jarrett Allen. That took away a scoring opportunity. That cost us the game. Just like the Lions, we're sitting here questioning an officials decision that potentially was game deciding.

cade needs to do that too but he largely doesnt.

The Pistons were up 9 with how much time left? The Pistons did enough themselves to lose this game.

One positive is that clownshow finally figured out to sit Duren and play Paul Reed.  He kept Reed in and didn’t go back to Duren down the stretch and into OT.

but by the end of the game reed was exhausted.  cade too.

Criminal to play Caris that much when he was 2-7 and 0-3 on 3’a all wide open.   Not sure why Javonte got a DNP-CD.

to betrayer's point, you have to hit your wide open 3s.  and the pistons didnt.

cleveland had strus and we had lavert.  not sure where heurter was at the end.  he played earlier.

Harris has come crashing back to earth in a big way.  3 points in the 2nd half and OT tonight.  That is 3 more than he had in the 2nd half in game 4.  Shot 6-19 and 1-7 from three.

This was the game we all knew we'd see. One team can pull your defense with their perimeter game. The other never will. If Detroit wins a game beyond the arc once, you live with it. You live with it twice because this team isn't equipped to do that. 

We saw it tonight.
