Edman85 Posted Sunday at 12:19 AM Posted Sunday at 12:19 AM I've talked to or heard from a lot of people who have gone through what I went through. They don't bother testing and assume it is flu and go around telling people it is flu. Just googling, I saw some tabloidy type outlets claiming Adenovirus is the mystery illness sweeping the country. That is my suspicion, a particularly nasty strain. Sorry in advance if anybody gets that beast. It seems to be making the rounds. Quote
oblong Posted Sunday at 04:48 AM Posted Sunday at 04:48 AM And I’m guessing it will get worse this week and next as a lot of people were out of schools and work for a bit. My wife’s had a lot of patients in with “it” and a friends pediatrician office has been busy. Quote

I've heard from people in the area that have had Flu A, Flu B, and Covid all in the last month, and if Edman is correct that Adenovirus is out there too, the more the merrier. Quote
chasfh Posted Sunday at 01:59 PM Author Posted Sunday at 01:59 PM Just in time for me to take a nine-day trip out of the country! Yay! 🤪 Quote
CMRivdogs Posted Sunday at 04:45 PM Posted Sunday at 04:45 PM The good news is it's an extremely slow time in CW. Most "passers thru" are hopefully vaccinated. Will probably carry a mask just in case Quote
