When Lightfoot died the bells of the Maritime Cathedral rang 30 times...29 for the men on the ship and 1 for Gordon Lightfoot Quote
oblong Posted November 14 Posted November 14 This was released earlier this year but not available to stream until now. Given the recent R&R HOF induction it seems relevant. I heard it's going to only be on YouTube for a week. I saw clips over the months but yesterday I got to watch the whole thing. Check it out. 1 Quote

He took some minor liberties for the sake of the song and making the rhyme and meter work, but people would try to destroy him now. It's like people can't wait to get offended and they are looking for anything to set it off. Biff Mayhem Posted Friday at 03:18 PM Posted Friday at 03:18 PM New Cheap Trick is out. No wheel reinvention. Some solid rockers. One quirky number to close it out. Not too shabby for a bunch of guys in their 70s (plus one 45-year-old whippersnapper) Quote

I've always especially liked his cover of "The Joker". "Doublewide Blues" was another good one from that album. 1 Quote
