Funny to look back.

Looking like I'm going to land in the ballpark on 15 (Bills, Patriots, Bengals, Ravens, Steelers, Browns, Titans, Jaguars, Texans, Chiefs, Eagles, Lions, Bears, Saints, and 49ers)... off by a fair bit on 8 (Jets, Dolphins, Chargers, Cowboys, Commanders, Bucs, Falcons, and Cardinals)... and nowhere close on 9 (Colts, Broncos, Raiders, Giants, Packers, Vikings, Panthers, Rams, and Seahawks)

9-8 and a playoff win is still on the table though, that's what really matters.

my packers to the super bowl prediction is....not so good.

but i did have the lions in second place!  lol.

My prediction of the Broncos winning it all may be my worst prediction of all time and Ive made some bad ones in my time. I totally overestimated Wilson's abilities and the talent that they already had on the team.

I thought they could be this year's Rams with Russ playing the role of Stafford but I didnt count on Russ being a shell of his former self and/or being completely lost without Pete Carroll.

i thought the broncos would be really good too.

Pretty much everyone did. No one saw Russ falling off a cliff like this. Their defense is good enough to lead even an average QB to the Super Bowl, but he's been bottom five in the league.

I guess just because Brady doesn't get old doesn't mean other QB's don't.  :classic_sad:

It's interesting I have heard some of Wilson's former teammates in Seattle not say the greatest things about him. Seems like a pretty weird guy. I think we are seeing more of it come to light since he isn't winning.

He strikes me as a poser. He got into a perfect situation in Seattle, with an innovative coach, a bruising RB & a great defense - but like the media always does, they give the credit to the QB.  He also begins to believe his press clippings & think he really is a great leader.  Winning is a great leader. I don't think Aaron Rodgers is a particularly good leader either.

That is some of the criticism I read of him. Apparently he was becoming disgruntled in Seattle because he wanted to win an MVP but couldn't do it since they run the ball too much. He also didn't give his phone number out to teammates and you had to contact his PR firm. He seems very concerned about his image.

wilson strikes me as a phony.  i take things marshawn lynch and richard sherman say with a grain of salt, but now people in denver are making the same types of criticisms.

him making some big deal about running up and down the aisles on the flight to london before their london game?  give me a break.  phony pr bullshit that everyone laughed at.

i find it very funny denver gave up multiple first round picks for him.
