Livers might be a better fit with the starters as well. Simply because offensively, he doesn't try to do too much. When he's open, he shoots. He moves without the ball. Doesn't stall with the ball in his hands. If his shot's not there, he swings the ball quick. He doesn't force drives or backdowns like Saddiq.

When Saddiq gets the ball, way too often he loves to pumpfake, sit on the ball, then force a drive. Even when he's open. He's also gotten lost in the shuffle with the starters too because Ivey and Bogey are much more assertive and aggressive.

Bey is a better player than Livers but I do agree Bey is out of sync.  He should be a catch and shoot guy but he doesn't seem to have the confidence for that.

I love what I have seen out of Ivey in the very early going of this season but it's hard to not to wonder if part of the reason Bogdanovic and Cade are playing so well off each other tonight is because Ivey is not out there.  It's probably a coincidence but there's a small chance it's not.

Which is why I had posted earlier that I want Duren & Livers starting over Stew & Bey.

It doesn't matter that Bey might be the better player.

Livers does what the team needs of him. Exactly as you posted. Also... I think Livers will be the better 3-point shooter, again, exactly what we need. In college. Right now. And for his career. Better spot-up shooter than Bey.

Stew & Bey coming off the bench, I think, would be great BTW...

Cade 1-7 from the field in 3d quarter after his great first half.

The 7 turnovers are killer too.  I think he is looking too pass too much again and that also leads to more turnovers.  A lot of his turnovers seem to come off passes.
