incredible power move by Weiss, a grifter who amassed fame, money and power by constantly saying she was cancelled (while working for the NYT, publishing books and creating her own media company) to make this hypocritical cancel culture move, and she will be rewarded for it probably. I see some other journalists (effing institutionalists) who ran cover for her when she was appointed (in part because she was a woman) are now silent.

But to the extent that this story will move the needle in any way…. I see no difference between airing it and shutting it down and letting the uproar be the story.  That obviously wasn’t her strategy.  But we don’t need any more stories to understand how awful these people are.  The symbolism stinks for sure.
