  1. September begs to differ.
  2. Sounds like a bad spring break.
  3. But Rodriguez also has the opt out. Would players be willing to sign now if they have (1) shorter deals or (2) opt outs? In either event, they could capitalize on a new CBA if it suits them to do so. However, there is risk that they don't perform for whatever reason.
  4. Still had issues earlier on another PC. Cleared the history and cache back a week. Looks like I could access MTF on my phone under the same network connection, so I don't know. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
  5. Indiana Pacers (6-9) vs Detroit Pistons (3-10)
  6. I’m also having problems accessing from work PC but not home PC. I was able to post a response to a thread from work this morning, but tried to start a Pistons game thread and suddenly got the error that was mentioned above. So that seemed kind of weird. Also no dice with the work PC on the home WiFi.
  7. I picked the right game to forget to record. On to the Ohio State game.
  8. Nope, I’m staying out of it.
  9. No to Peralta. Let someone else pay him for his career season.
  10. And if it comes to that, trade some for other goodies.
  11. Why would he leave? Does he want to get beat?
  12. I'm comfortable with thinking Torkelson is the exception to the rule.
  13. Smooth Johnny Kane.
  14. Just one small fix there.
  15. East of Reno, Nevada, too. Just saying.
  16. Sacramento Kings (5-8) vs Detroit Pistons (3-9)
  17. I know there has been an assumption from some that Cunningham and Hayes cannot coexist in the same backcourt. I want to see what plays out. And to your point that Hayes hasn't played a half season yet, we're a month into this season and Cunningham is just kind getting the feel of the game due to the time he lost. I'm for patience on the backcourt development.
  18. So, I wonder. How does Texas’ 2-5 in the B12 translate to the SEC?
  19. Slow down, sir. I said chaos. I didn’t say a completely uninhabitable dimension of the unknownth kind.
  20. With Oklahoma's loss, it seems the Big 12 is out of the playoff. Or is that jumping the gun a bit? Are all 1 loss power 5s still in play? ACC: Only remaining 1 loss team is Wake Forest. Pittsburgh has 2 losses and everyone else (including Dabo U) has at least 3. Big Ten: Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State remain as 1 loss teams. It would seem likely that if one of these remains at 1 loss through the conference championship it gets invited to the playoffs. Big XII: Oklahoma and Oklahoma State remain as 1 loss teams. PAC 12: Oregon has 1 loss and everyone else has at least 3 losses. SEC: Undefeated Georgia is probably in a position where they could lose 1 and still be in the playoffs. It seems likely Alabama is in if it wins out, but if it takes a 2nd loss, then its questionable. I root for chaos and a 1 loss ACC champion Wake Forest left out in lieu of a 2 loss Alabama. Others: Cincinnati is still undefeated and a loss removes them from playoff consideration. Our Lady is still at 1 loss to Cincy and they'll get the benefit of doubt over a 1 loss Wake Forest and Oklahoma State. UTexas at San Antonio is undefeated and that's a nice story. In a way, an undefeated Cincinnati is probably beneficial to the NCAA. Its probably not the case in most years, but this year, undefeated with a win over Our Lady and a bunch of one losses that might not be easily distinguishable?
  21. This has to be on your grave stone. I mean, don't keel over anytime soon, but this phrase is your favorite in these parts. chasfh Then -- Later Loving husband, son, brother, yada, yada, yada. "The devil we knew."
  22. I don't know what's going to happen this off season, but I would imagine Story settling for $20M AAV is among the leastest likely.
  23. Yeah, fun to watch. Pretty impressive considering this was the 2nd of a back-to-back and they awful the night before. But I do not want to see Joseph in there at the end of the game.
