I didn't do much looking around the teams, but I bet that duo was a beast. I just wanted the nostalgia of the Palace Guards (sans Vinnie Johnson, sigh). And then the bonus of the single Sean Elliott Piston season to boot? OK< maybe not much of a bonus.
The controls really flustered me. I did finally sort of get the hang of it at the end. i was never really good at those games anyway, but I truly felt like an old guy that hadn't played it in about 30 years.
I get it, too. So, look, thoughts and prayers, it shouldn’t happen, move along with life and hope it doesn’t happen to you. At the same time, I don’t want to hear it from the other side until they’re willing to compromise from their position.
I shouldn’t shame people for walking away from a 9-4 game. I was on my own and not at home, so really didn’t have much else to do besides follow the game. But, damn, it was a great reward for doing so.
One thing that wasn’t brought up. There was a bit of a Dodger contingent in the crowd and got a “let’s go Dodgers” chant audibly onto the radio broadcast. That got loudly overtaken by Tiger fans. I’m not sure what the crowd size was, but I have no doubt it played louder than it looked in the 9th.
Agree. And I’ll add that I’m afraid this just adds fuel to the fire for the crazies and does nothing to help either the mental health or gun situations in this country.
Well, hopefully he’s not just on a heater. Hopefully he’s gotten a lot of things figured out. There’ll be ebbs and flows but hopefully month long sub .400 OPSs are a thing of the past.
I feel badly for besmirching him earlier on. I didn’t call him a bust, but it just didn’t seem to me like he was ready. I’m eager to see his second half now.
