And the excuse will be "not Hitler's policies, but the way he spoke to people"..........unless he's done that already.
A friend of mine said years ago "If a black man is elected President, the other side is going to go absolutely batshit"
I just remember back when Jonesy was the closer and when he would come into the game they'd play an animated video of a cartoon rollercoaster with Jonesy riding it. I though that was funny and it made me like him more - that he was okay with being made fun of. Soto reminds me of that. Willie Hernandez spoiled us. At least in 1984 he did.
I think Willi Castro is a major leaguer. He's just not a starter, but if you have a guy who can put the ball in play and play 6-7 positions at least adequately, you're doing alright. We just have too many of those guys and one or two might have to go.
Imagine being in 4th grade and having the sense to smear your dead friend's blood on yourself and play dead to avoid getting shot. Imagine having that kind of sense in that kind of chaos and then imagine not being completely scarred for life.
Yeah, but lets not do anything....................everything is fine........price of freedom.......thoughts and prayers........blah blah blah
I'm sorry, I don't care how much you pay him, but if he is lunging at the ball and ends up with one hand on the bat, he doesn't need to be playing , or he could be batting 8th or 9th if he is going to do that. Just ugly.
They need to do aversion therapy on Baez. Put a little electrode on him and when he swings like that he gets a little shock............that was brutal.
