Yeah I just started hearing some buzz about him the last week, he's definitely the type of receiver I want us to target so if the injury history doesn't bring up any red flags for the team then Id be fine taking him with one of our 2nds. I already advocated Tillman there but if they like Wilson or somebody else better Im cool with it.

Im skeptical of the SP going forward as well. If Skubal and Manning come back strong then that will of course help but that is far from a sure thing, given their history their more likely to get reinjured than come back strong. Boyd has been serviceable but given his history of collapsing Im always worried about him falling off a cliff. Turnbull has looked better the last couple starts and if he keeps that trend up he can be a reliable piece but again I'm a little skeptical of that considering it's his first year back from TJ. In the end it has potential to be serviceable if things go the Tigers way but let's be real its been awhile since that has happened so I'm erring on the side of things not going that way. -
Michigan got two more 4 star recruits including the number 2 TE in the country. With those additions UM moves up to number 1 in 247s rankings. Assuming they keep all of them this is a major turnaround vs. last year and an obvious welcome sight. Admittedly ignorant to the NIL stuff but did Michigan finally make the changes needed to beable to recruit with the big boys?

It took us 43 games in each of last 2 seasons to get double digit wins so as long as we avoid a 10 game losing streak we'll atleast beat that mark this year! -

I don't think we lead the league in total but out of our 9 wins only 3 have been by multiple runs so we may head in percentage of close wins. -

As a pro wrestling fan I've been to many WWE shows where they light off fireworks comparable to 4th of July in small basketball/hockey venues. Went to one at Cobo Hall several years back where it took like a half hour for the smoke to clear so you could see the ring. -

Greene's 3 true outcomes are K, weak groundball to right side and the occasional walk. -

Good to hear about Skubal. Hopefully there won't be any setbacks and we can get him back relatively soon. -

Yeah this is where I'm at. I know they still suck but atleast personally I have more faith in this offense than last year. Like last year I legit would chalk the game up as a loss once the other team got 2 runs, I genuinely didnt expect us to score the 3 runs needed to win that game. Now I may say it jokingly but I still am not completely giving up the game like I would have last year. -
Levis one of those guys that teams salivate over what he could be based off his physical talents despite the red flags in other areas namely decision making. I think they are of the mindset that stuff like that can be corrected or coached and maybe in a sense in can be but Id imagine if you look back on history it isn't as easy to do that as teams think or hope. Once in awhile you do get the Josh Allen so I think just that hope is what drives teams to still take a shot with guys like this.

As of now they still got a home and home with Oklahoma in 25 and 26 as well so this appears to be the last year for awhile that they don't have and quality teams on their non conference schedule. Btw I guess the reason for the UT switch was because of Texas moving to the SEC now if they held the game in Austin then FOX wouldn't have the rights to broadcast iy but apparently if it's in Ann Arbor they can so they were the main reason behind the flip.

I don't know if statistically the offense is any better than last year but for some reason it feels like it's better to me. Like last year I remember going a damn near month stretch from late may to late June where we only hit like 1 or 2 HRs total. It just seem like we havent experienced patheticness like that.......yet. -
Im guessing they are banking on signing him to another extension in a few years that will end up keeping his cap hit dowm then repeat that process for aslong as they want to keep him.

Lol really? I just heard them talking about the Levis odds briefly on the radio but I didn't hear where it all came from. That's crazy.

This draft kinda reminds me of the Sewell draft in terms of how many different scenarios and different directions that we could possibly go depending on how the board shook out. Nobody knew for sure if we would end up with an OT,Qb,WR or even TE if Pitts fell. Also didn't know if we were going to trade up or down since there were rumors of that as well whereas last year it was basically a given we were going one of Hutch, walker or Thibs depending on what Jax did. Same thing in the Okudah draft, barring a team trading up with Washington to take Tua leaving Chase Young for us it was basically a foregone conclusion we were going with Okudah.

I think the Grizzlies did it against the Spurs around 2010. Of course Milwaukee was doomed as soon as I picked them to win the whole thing a couple weeks ago.

Pitching has looked alot better but of course it coincides with the bats going cold outside of today's 4 run "outburst". -

Tigers call upon their backup catcher to pinch run in the 9th. -
I think it was a good deal for both teams considering where the Jets are currently at. I think they have a really good squad now and are a QB away from being legit SB contenders so this type of move makes sense for them. Yeah at Rodgers age you never know when you are going to fall of a cliff but lets not forget a year ago at this time he was the reigning 2 time MVP winner so its not like it's been that long since he has been elite. The worst you're looking at for the Jets is a 2nd and likely a 1st in the late teens or 20s. The upside is he has a few elite years left in him and he leads you to multiple deep playoff runs.

Box score scouting around the league tonight and Spencer Strider currently through 8 shutout innings with 13Ks including an absurd 31 swings and misses. Crazy! -

Miggy has 30 batted balls on the season and of those 30 balls only one was a barrel. Just awful.
