  1. agreed. part of it is weaver has given him a pretty unathletic team. ivey and duren were a step in the right direction of changing that. but it will take some time.
  2. okc will begin forfeiting games in march.
  3. good loss. keep hope alive. 🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵🇨🇵
  4. 1) ace anbender is an ass hole. dont listen to that clown. 2) someone should ask edwards about it. did he just make a mistake? if so, then apologize. have him talk to somebody. kanye west is a clown begging for attention who has done this time and time again. donovan edwards is a kid who might not know better. before we ruin his life, lets try to talk to him about it, see what the issue is, and make a decision on whether something should be done.
  5. i wonder if we could pull kenny atkinson?
  6. are you sure? there are so many to choose from.
  7. at least were not the lakers! bwaaa haa haaa.
  8. what a joke schedule.
  9. the problem i see with cade being the main ball handler is that he seems to think that means he should pass and defer. get everyone involved early in theory, that's what a point guard should do, but in the modern nba and on THIS team? i want to see cade be more selfish and look for his own shot more. also....making that shot more would be helpful too.
  10. this thread should come with a trigger warning.
  11. i still think a very likely scenario has the lions picking in the 5-7 range and using that pick, the rams pick, and future first round picks to move up a few spots to take a qb.
  12. anderson and levis may go 3-4.
  13. ivey is not a point guard. cade is a point forward. one bad game doesnt change that.
  14. lol.
  15. exactly. look, the lions need another pass rusher, i get it. but they need a qb more than anything. nfl football is such a funny sport. who would have predicted rhe bears would have a better record than the broncos? the giants would have a better record than the packers?
  16. i dont think they have a choice but to pick a qb this year. or trade for one. next year should be the year of the first real progress and it is less likely to happen if the qb sucks. luckily for the lions there appear to be a number of big time options at qb this year.
  17. i forgot about atlanta taking ridder. seattle has denver's pick this year and a number of future picks from denver. i wouldnt count them out.
  18. so who needs to draft a qb next year? indy washington atlanta carolina giants (most likely) houston new orleans seattle outside chances: tampa bay san francisco las vegas that's a lot of teams that will be looking to potentially move up and take a qb. it might actually be better for the lions long term to keep on losing. currently seattle has its pick and denver's pick (and denver's picks for a few years). houston has its pick and cleveland's pick (cleveland's picks for a few years). that's a lot of ammo if they want to move up and jump the lions.
  19. they look better on the pk and pp. perron and kubalik have added that shot to the pp that's hard to stop. you see the energy on the pk you didnt see last year. they seem to be pressing higher and more effectively. sundqvist has been a real good addition to this team. dare i say he's been more valuable than nick leddy all by himself, much less with the coming draft pick and potential for waldman.
  20. is berggren still out?
  21. rationally this is true. but the bears are 3-4 with a team that was supposedly the least talented in the league. they just blew out a team that beat us 29-0. the falcons were supposed to be the least talented team in the league and they've won 3 games. hell, carolina is tanking and theyre 2-5. the giants and jets were laughingstocks and now theyre 5-2 and 6-1. when is it detroit's turn? i get it. injuries, bad luck, etc. youre right. but it doesnt make it any less frustrating or any less aggravating to be a fan of this god forsaken team.
  22. stanton?
