    i hope were not drafting a guy because we need a #2 center right now. better to take the best player at #8. now, if there is a tier of players who you think all have the same level of talent, then by all means pick the center. but if there is a wing or dman who is above the others, then take him regardless of position (except goalie. dont take a goalie at 8).

    i'm in the lawsuit business. i'm pretty jaded and cynical. its always interesting to me to see the reaction of people to lawsuits and who they choose to believe (and how much money they give people). this has nothing to do with the truth or justice or what actually happened. that's what the criminal case was for (the ones where not even a grand jury would bring charges). this is about money and publicity for tony buzzbee.

    we finally got a kid in a trade who is performing well, he's under contract for cheap for a while, why would we trade him? and for what? a guy who might turn into him in three years? come on, were not the pirates.

    u$c is doing is right. michigan - as usual - is sitting around wringing its hands and pretending that its above "pay for play". and as a result, they are falling behind again. even notre dame is doing it!

    the white sox are as injured as us. and they also have a marquee player who is stinking up the joint (moncada). unlike javy, the scuttlebutt on moncada is that he just doesnt care. rumors all over the place of him partying all night while telling the team he cant play and can only pinch hit. other rumors that he never recovered from covid. either way, he's not playing. and when he did play, he was terrible.
