  1. FIFY seriously - if they aren't going to send him down, they have to put him out there to play through it, you just wish it weren't with an inexperienced guy like Jobe where a screw-up might be more likely to rattle him.
  2. He's not doing Jobe any favors today. Watch to see if Nido gets pitches called from the bench for Jobe. Malloy has been dropped in the order - not surprising.
  3. You get a raspberry PI,and YOU get a raspberry PI, AND YOU GET A RASPBERRY PI! YAY! It's just unreal. The one industry the US probably does need to be stronger in he just punted on. And it just goes back to the utter futility of all this churning. No investor is going to put 2 cents at risk based on Trump sustaining any policy.
  4. Have to agree with Dickerson that it was pretty unusual. Almost every Umpire at some point will call a ball or two a strike, but you don't often see one call that many strikes balls the way Fletcher was denying the inside edge against the LH hitters.
  5. bottom half of the order with all the RBI.
  6. Chafin worked in inning at Toledo - 3 base runners....but no runs.
  7. raymond and larkin both have the same problem, whether they play together or separately, they don't have the guy on the ice with them they need, which is a bigger stronger, hard to play against guy to fight for pucks and offer some physical buffer for them. In the NHL every skill player needs his body man - nothing has changed on that score since Gretzky/Messier. And of all people Yzerman knows that from personal experience probably better than any GM in the league, has yet to do anything about it.
  8. Olson has been a little erratic so far this year. But even tonight he would have worked out of most of it but for a goofball ump.
  9. Nerves are going to be shot with a whole season of Kahnle closing.
  10. we seem to be stuck at two....
  11. Ladies and Gentlemen, Mr once-we-couldn't-even-give-him-away Will Vest.
  12. Vest already at 15 pitches -
  13. Riley needs a day off.
  14. Game is in the bag, our best player is leading off! <g,d&R>
  15. I think Beau probably pitched over his level last season. Don't want to have to rely too much on him this season.
  16. Just don't think about the fact that you were K'd twice in that AB but not rung up. Ya' play 'em as they lie though!
  17. the Kid's are alright. and Fletcher is an equal opportunity hack.
  18. Willi has never had soft hands.
  19. this is the part of the line-up to get some add-ons.
  20. Don't Tiger relievers warm up right? How does a team whose BP pitches pretty well in general walk so many lead off men?
  21. But that is at least in part because Jason also gives him a lot more spaces than Dan does.
  22. McKinstry gets to 3rd. Still no out
